Three continental competition (2)

Early morning of the second day of the competition. Before the sun had risen, somewhere far away a team of five people wearing all black, riding separate beasts were silently moving above the trees of the forest.

One of was Leon Black, the Chimera disguised as Leon. It rode a Black Griffin as it flew, at least that is what the others people near it saw. It actually rode a Black lotus.

"Now we will be approaching the World tree soon, from their we'll have to wait for the signal from leader and Harrison. Elena, You should go and wait at the predicted path of the messenger who will go to alert the Monarch of Nature and start setting up the Trap. Leon and Isaac you two should also go and enter through the decoy pathway."

The Chimera disguised as Leon agreed and left with another person. The other two also left

Along the way the Chimera stopped and looked at a tree, "What's that?" It then landed on the ground.

Isaac, the person with it stoped as well, "Leon we need to get in position, What are you doing stopping here?" He landed on the ground and looked around. "I'm sure he landed here..."

Leon walked out from behind a tree. Isaac looked at him and said, "Leon what are you doing? We only have till sunrise let's go!"

"Sorry I thought I saw a rare beast egg. It was just a rock." Leon causally through the rock and summoned the black Griffin again. The two then flew near the tree.

At a point near the forbidden zone, where no one was allowed to pass they stopped.

Isaac closed his eyes and a beast appeared. It was a small black bat. The bat turned invisible and entered the forbidden zone. After a while Isaac opened his eyes, "It's clear we can enter."

Leon nodded, "Let's get into position then." The two separated and flashed into the forest.

Leon went in the forbidden zone. The world tree looked even bigger from close. The area itself was also large. Leon made his way deep into a forest until he got close to an abandoned house.

He entered it. The house only had a wooden table with a map of the forbidden zone on it. It also had a few glowing lights moving on it.

"This map should have been made by Harrison. Those two are in position and that moving light should be Isaac. I'll do what I have to as well."

Leon then left the house and moved into the forest. He found a large stone wall blocking his way. Above it was a green Barrier.

"This should be the place." Leon thought. He then took out the new explosions Pandora had gotten and stuck them to the wall. He then moves back to a safe spot and had a rune form on his hand. It was the detonator rune.

Leon used formless aura and blended into the forest.

It took some time but he heard a loud shout from the walls saying, "You all have to be alert! Pandora almost broke in and reached the tree of life! They can attack at any time so always listen and be at your best."

"That should mean the plan will continue as normal and I should get ready." Leon thought. The voice speaking was the leader of the team.

"Do you all hear me!" That leader shouted at the other Forbidden division soldiers.

"That means start the plan." Leon said with a smile. He pressed the detonator rune and summoned the black Griffin again.

Two large pillars of light could be seen.Leon and Isaac in another place rushed into the hole created in the wall.

The soldiers surprised by the attack didn't know what to do. The leader quickly took action and started commanding to fight in a formation.

Leon and Isaac dodged all the attacks. They knew the attack pattern so it was easy. They both attack back and slowly killed the members.

On another side of the world tree two people formed a hole in the wall and broke in. They stealthily broke in and quietly moved through the buildings towards the world tree.

Back at the sight of the explosions Leon dropped a few bombs and started having the Griffin fly towards the world tee.

The bombs exploded and gave enough time for Leon to break through. Leon had the Griffin fly as fast as he could to the world tree. Soldiers summoned their beasts and chased after him.

Leon had the Griffin dodge and attack using lightning Needles. He also formed a lightning bow and shot at the soldiers.

In front of him was another wall. But this wall wasn't built as solidly. It was made mainly of wood. On the walls were cannons. The cannons seemed to sense Leon and Isaac approaching and started shooting.

Leon had the Griffin roll to dodge. He continued to move forward. As he passed over the wall he saw a line of Elven soldiers. He could tell as they all had a this fluorescent green hair and pointed ears. They all held bows made of wind and wood. They shot at Leon when he appeared.

Leon already expected this and had the Griffin rise to dodge the arrows.

"Harrison should have planted the bombs already." Leon activated the detonator rune again and a loud explosion happened.

Leon then turned back and started retreating. Behind him twenty guards wearing armor and riding flying beasts came and chased after him. Another twenty came for Isaac. The two started following the route planned to lead them away from the two breaking into the world tree.

As they retreated they saw the leader again. He looked at them and summoned a giant green T-rex like beast, "Kill them!"

The Plantsteel Dinosaur roared and shot a beam of green light at Leon and Isaac.

They both dodged but a few of the elven soldiers were hit.

On another side the two broke in through the wooden wall and reached the bottom of the world tree. Along the way they had killed a few soldiers but mainly ran into already dead soldiers. They saw Harrison Standing next to an opening in the tree, the opening had stairs leading upwards into it.

Harrison stopped the two and said, "There are still thirty soldiers inside, you'll have to sneak through. I'll guard the door here. Leon, Isaac and leader should be preparing the escape route."

The two nodded and started climbing the stairs.

Far away Leon dodged dodged another beam. He then shot a few lightning arrows and head shot a few soldiers at the ground.

Another person arrived it was a much stronger person from the Elven Clan.

He looked at the leader and said, "I'll be taking control from here, I've sent for a messenger to call for reinforcements, they will arrive in no time."

The man then looked at Leon and Isaac as he rode his Holyflower Pegasus. "You two surrender now, and we will let you live!"

The two didn't respond, Leon just shot another lightning arrow.

The man shook his head and chased after him. From behind him ten people much stronger emerged as well. They all chased Leon and Isaac.

Leon sped up and Zen, as a Purple Ice Serpent, appeared without a summing circle. It shot rays of frost at the attackers.

As Leon flew beams of energy passed by him. The Griffin dodged and continued but more and more beams shot at him. All of them came from the world tree. It had holes open which held cannons and soldiers controlling them as they shot that beams.

"Well, I'll have to hold out for a few hours now." Leon thought. He now had to wait for the others to break in to the World Tree and steal the branch of the Tree of life.
