Ch_2
Aman's POV.
White sunlight of the morning, coming from the open window, was kissing the room. The door opened and a man half naked wrapped in a towel came outside the washroom and started admiring himself in the mirror. The water was dripping down his abs and his wet, messy hair was making him even more handsome. He dressed into an Armani suit, wore his leather shoes, took his laptop bag and went out of the room. As he was descending the stairs, he saw large number of people working here and there. Everyone busy with something or the other.
Just then an elderly lady came rushing towards him and said,"Aman why are you going to office today? Do you remember today is your sister's haldi ceremony?"
Aman replied with a smile,"I know Dadi (grandma). How can I forget that? Actually I have a very important meeting now and I'm going to come home as soon as the meeting ends. Moreover before Zahra's makeup ends, my meeting will be over."
Suddenly a girl's irritated voice came from behind,"Oh really Bhai (brother) ? You know, girls do tend to take some time for getting ready but you should not say like that. It hurts us. All my friends will start coming and I want you to meet with
them. "
Aman said being surprised, "Why do I need to meet your friends?"
"You need to meet because I want you to meet as many good girls as possible, because I want my Bhabi (brother's wife) to come to this house and my brother's love story to start as soon as possible", Zahra replied while blinking her left eye with a naughty smile.
Dadi laughed at this and said, "Yeah, I do agree with Zahra this time. I also want my grand daughter-in-law to come to this house as soon as possible. So Aman I'm also insisting that you have to meet Zahra's friends or I'm going to set up several blind dates for you. Now, you decide. ", she said the last sentence while feigning being irritated.
"Ok Dadi, I will try to but none of your are gonna pressurise me. I will meet her friends but no blind dates. Moreover we have to worry about Zahra's wedding for now not mine. Dadi, I'm getting late. I should get going. ", Aman replied.
He quickly hugged Dadi and Zahra and went to office.
So, hi guys! I'm Aman Rajvansh and I am the CEO of RR Company, one of the top most companies in India. I have a joint family which includes my -parents, my two little sisters- Zahra and Sarah, who stays in an apartment with her friend and works in my friend, Rahul Sethi's company -Tech Company. Zahra is marrying Rahul's brother -Rohan Sethi. In my family I have my uncle and aunt and their son- Abir, my dear little brother and my all time supporter, and my dear Dadi (grandma). Sadly I lost my Dadaji (grandfather) two years ago. It was a very hard time for both our family and office staffs as my grandfather was the one who was the head of both fields. But somehow we all coped up with it. My family has a very deep secret and I have a crooked past. I'll tell you all that some other time. Because first of all I don't want to spoil my good mood and second today is Zahra's haldi ceremony and I have to return home quickly. So I should get going now. Bye everyone!
