Waving his hand, Primis controlled the Infernal Ocean and slowly made it settle down in between and under the vortex of laws.

Though it was easy to guess that if given order, it will rise and swallow everything.

After confirming that everything was fine and without any issue, he moved towards the next step.

A new scene appeared and continued where it left off to.

As said before, not all souls were willing to make trouble for the people because they had already lived a good life. Hence, they wanted to pass on. And the thing that took them to their destination were Red Spider Lilies of the Hell that the souls were able to see no matter on which corner of the world they were.

Once they found the Lycoris, the flower guide towards the other side of the world.

There was also time limit till when a soul can wander around the world of living. In case a soul didn't to pass and just want to stay to see their families, or make problem for others for so long, then Lycoris would forcefully drag those souls towards it and threw to the other side.

Once those souls had left the realm of living, they reached a new place where they were stopped by the beings that made every one of them to tremble in fear.

Demons.

These demons picked up these souls, checked all their memories, and erased all the karma that they had accumulated in their time of living. Even if the memories were altered or sealed or deleted, the demons can easily see through them because they confirmed them by checking in the river of time. Hence, one can't deceive these demons by using some methods of interference. They also severed all the fate, destiny or everything that still bound the souls with the world of living in any way.

Next, if the soul had accumulated equal amount of positive and negative karma, it will in a way cancelled each other out. In that case, the demons put the souls in the infernal Ocean. After all, these demons had only seen the memories, the ocean will do the work of erasing them.

It also worked as double reassurance. After all, if there was some secret or high-level technique that was used on the souls that even demons failed to detect, then Infernal Ocean will take care of it and will sever all the connection between living and dead without exception. Nothing could be hidden from it.

However, if the soul even had a slightly higher good karma than bad one, then the Demons gave blessings to the souls for their next lives before putting them in Infernal Ocean. The more the positive karma the greater the blessings.

Shocking, right. No one would have imagined that the so-called blessings of God were in truth giving by the demons. Too bad, that's how it was.

As of the souls who even had a slightly higher bad karma, the demons didn't put them in infernal river but instead let the Lycoris to guide them to even the deeper part of the realm.

That's how Demons played a big in the soul next rebirth.

'Primis: Demon Realm.'

Then this scene was also merged with the vortex along with other realms.

Once it was fully merged a new scene appeared almost instantly.

In this scene, the souls that had accumulate higher negative karma was being led to deeper part of the realm.

After travelling for a long time, finally, something came into sight. One can't see the full view of the building that appeared. Even then the building was emitting an imposing aura making one shudder. There was a door which was leading to the inside of the building were all these souls were going.

Once inside, one will be surprised to see that it was court room. Yes, a court room. In other words, this building was a court.

When the soul reached in the very middle of the room, it was time for it to be judged.

There on the higher stand the place where judge sat, a figure could be seen.

The figure was not emitting any power or something, yet just its mere presence was so heavy and suffocating that no one dared to even speak here. Because that will mean challenging the authority of the figure.

The figure was dapped in completely black clothes. They were so dark that even light will be devoured by it. It was as if those clothes were made of very darkness itself.

At this time, the figure that was looking down and writing on a register in front, raised its head and looked at the soul with its icy cold, calm, ancient, and indifferent eyes.

And shockingly, that figure was none other than Primis himself.

He was looking at the soul with his blue eyes which had ripple in them and three commas in the inner circle.

The soul shivered at his gaze as if those eyes can see through its everything.

Without saying anything, Primis lowered his head and wrote something in the register. When he was done, an irresistible force enveloped the soul and took in the darkness behind him, its fate unknown.

Like this more and more souls came and were taken somewhere.

But there were also some souls which won't be taken away. These were the ones who had so much bad things in their life and accumulated too much negative karma. In more simpler words, they had damaged the world badly with their deeds and if they won't have died, they would have continued doing so.

Even in front of such souls, Primis expression remained the same. Though when he was done writing something in his register, instead of being taken away like others, these souls would be obliterated right on the spot without getting any chance of rebirth.

This place was Hell. The place where crimes were eliminated. And the person sitting and judging them was the ruler of this place.

Ruler of Hell or should we say "Netherworld Emperor".

'Primis: Hell Realm.'

This realm also merged with the vortex of laws and took its place.

Then came the last scene.

While the Lycoris were guiding the souls to the Hell, the Infernal Ocean was guiding the souls to the next realm.

Before long the Infernal Ocean disappeared and only souls can be seen proceeding forward on their own towards the white light in faraway.

When they reached it, everything around them changed.

The place seemed to be in clouds with light coming from all over. And like before a figure can be seen sitting on the high-stand like "Netherworld Emperor".

The figure was Primis like before. However, this time instead of black, he was wearing royal red-gold clothes.

Not only that some kind of beings could be seen flying around him.

These beings were also looked like human but had beautiful wings coming out for their back and had halo on top of their heads. They were also emitting holy light. Too bad, because of light their faces can't be seen but one can tell that they all were extremely beautiful.

They were Angels.

And the one standing on top was the ruler of this place. A God. Or should we say "Eternal Emperor".

Primis was looking at each of the soul one-by-one. Even if it appeared everything was right, he can see the mark that demons left on these souls.

Those marks expressed about how many karmas these souls had accumulated before it was erased by the demons.

There was also a register in front of him like before. And the moment he was done writing something on it, an angle moved, grabbed the soul and removed the mark of demon before letting the soul pass through a gate in the distance.

The soul who passed through the gate will be born again in mortal world.

If the karma of the soul was equal then it will be born as animal, bird, fish or so on. In case it had higher good karma, it can be directly born as a human or any other higher-species. And if, not only it had higher positive karma but also demon's blessings, then the moment it will be born the blessing will also start its effective.

It can be anything like, being born in higher-class family, being born as a different race, had a high talent in a specific field, multiple talent, had higher luck, and so on.

That's how they will start their new journey of life.

'Primis: God Realm.'

And with this the last realm also fully merged with the vortex of laws.

The Cycle was finally completed.

Centre of the World.

Looking at the vortex of laws in front of him, Primis nodded.

'Primis: It's done. Now, it's time to add the final touch.'

Thinking, he closed his eyes and concentrated.

Before long, light started coming from his two fists. One of them had white light while other had black light.

Next, he extended his hand towards the vortex. The one which was releasing white light was above the vortex and the one releasing black light was under it. And then he opened his hands and let the two lights fall.

At this same time, the avatar of "Netherworld Emperor" in the Hell and the avatar of "Eternal Emperor" in God Realm, both raised their head and spoke.

Primis(Eternal Emperor): Rise.

Primis(Netherworld Emperor): Fall.

Primis(Eternal Emperor): Life.

Primis(Netherworld Emperor): Death.

Primis(Eternal Emperor): Origin.

Primis(Netherworld Emperor): End.

Here both stopped, paused for a moment and spoke simultaneously.

Primis(Eternal Emperor): The White Dawn…

Primis(Netherworld Emperor): The Twilight Dusk…

BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The whole vortex of laws trembled violently as the light of Dawn and Dusk

No matter where the light of Dawn went, it will give birth of new lives. Letting them know, it's time to get and start the new day.

On the other hand, the light of Dusk bring end of all the all things. Indicating your journey had come to an end. Hence, embrace your end.

Both Dawn and Dusk represented life and death.

If one was born in this world, their life will definitely come to an end at one point. No matter how fiercely one struggled to make life his/her, eternity will always elude them.

Primis finally opened his eyes and spoke slowly but his voice reached every corner of the words.

I, ????(Primis Rigla), Aeternus Imper

Cum hoc bellum Planar, ad finem

Once, this Planar War, will come to end

All worlds will join, and become one

Then all the people, in Genshin Impact World, who died, in this War

Will be born, as its new Inhabitants.

These people, won't be persecuted, as they will be inhabitant of new World

They will live, with everyone, with head raised up, confidence to say

That the new World, is their Home.

They won't have, the memories, of their Past Lives

However, the bond they had made, will bring these people together again.

No One, will be allowed, to look down on them

Even if, they have low talent, and are just mere, Civilians

As long as, they don't intentional, hurt someone, others are not allowed

To inflict, any Harm them

Those people will, stay away from them, and let them, live their lives, in Peace.

In Case, someone will try to, and harm them

Then that person, people, organisation, Kingdom, and others

Will be declared, as the enemy, of the World.

The Land will Burst, The Ocean will Roar, The Sky will shatter

And will bring, END, to those people.

No One, Will be Spared.)

Genshin Impact World.

Mondstadt.

As Ais and other worlds were looking at the sky and hearing Primis words, one-by-one wisp of flames started appearing in the city.

Just when they were wondering what was going on, those wisps of flames flickered and took the form of humans.

The Knights of Favonius couldn't help but widened their eyes in shock realizing that they were the very people of Mondstadt who died.

Right now, all of them were looking at the vortex of laws in the sky.

And then something red came from the centre of vortex and formed a crimson red carpet that reached Mondstadt.

This carpet was made of Lycoris and was leading directly towards the vortex in the sky.

Knowing that it was time for them to leave, they all simultaneously turned toward the direction of Knights of Favonius and bowed.

People of Mondstadt: Thank for looking after us and helping us in times of needs Knights of Favonius. We are truly very grateful for whatever you done for us till the end. And please forgive us if we hurt you all in any case. It was because of you Knights of Favonius that we were able to sleep peacefully. Because we knew that there were you Knights who are protecting us. We truly appreciated it till the very end, So...…

Raising their head, they spoke.

People of Mondstadt: Thank you, Knights of Favonius!!!

Hearing their genuine and sincere words, Jean and others eyes were soon filled with tears.

They all deeply regretted that they failed to save their people. They also regretted when they sent them to their death as a suicide bomb to stop Yuuya. They knew they failed their duty as the Knights.

Whenever they asked themselves that all the sacrifices they did, was worth it, the answer came it wasn't.

But now they knew, everything they did to kill the Yuuya, even with their lives, was worth it.

People of Mondstadt: Since we are going now, please send us with a smile.

At this, even though their face were covered in tears, they still smiled and waved at them.

Knights of Favonius: Take Care.

Seeing their smile, the people of Mondstadt also did the same before one-by-one they stepped on the carpet of flowers which guide them to their next journey.

At this time sound of the strings resounded and a song was heard.

WHIZ!!

The wind carried the song to every corner of the Mondstadt.

People paused for a bit, closed their eyes and continued walking while enjoying this song.

A few distance away, in the sky, Venti could be seen playing the lyre in his hand while looking at souls that were stepping on the crimson-red carpet one-by-one.

After meeting with Primis, before he can return back to recover, he decided to see how his people were doing.

But never in his dream, he would have expected to see such outcome.

'Venti: I truly don't deserve to be called the Archon of Mondstadt...I failed to protect them when they needed me the most.'

He spoke calmly. His expression can't be seen but tears could be seen streaming down his face.

He then moved his hand and played his Lyre.

'Venti: At least I can give you all a pleasant farewell.'

With that he kept on playing. Putting all of his emotions in the song.

Time went by.

Finally, when all the souls had left, the carpet of flowers withdrawal back to the vortex above.

THUD!!

It was also the time when Knights of Favonius could no longer stand and fell on the ground before started crying to their heart content.

Knights of Favonius: WAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only their heart-wrenching sorrowful cry resounded in this now desolated city.

Seeing that all those souls have entered the vortex, Primis spoke.
