Orchid

What to do when a actor transmigrates into the common enemy of both the protagonist and the main villain? Chu Mal-Chin also wanted to know this answer. To think that he would travel into the body of [Orchid] an infamous vigilante who created trouble for both the MC and the Villain, and somehow always managed to not get caught. And if that wasn’t worse enough, Chu Mal-Chin had to fulfill something called Anger Meter, which meant having to provoke the main duo to the point of them grinding their teeth!! The only comfort he had was knowing that he could use Orchid’s two main abilities, [Teleport Anchor] and [Card Toss]. However, the plot of the world he was in twisted suddenly! The lovely female leads aren’t falling in front of the protagonist! The villain becomes a well respected figure! A whole entire unknown organization emerges vowing to kill the main characters! The plot is broken! Gone! And what is up with all of the people trying to kill him!? “Are you done with your internal monologue now?” A young girl’s voice was heard. “…” This insanely OP girl wasn’t even in the novel!!!!! —- Note this isn’t my image, if the artist wants me to take it down, I’ll do so immediately ~_~

When you’re bored (4

Two weeks had gone by, and nothing much really happened. The system prompted him that the next major event he would have to participate in was next month, so he was just playing around with Malso's abilities.

"Now that I think about it, Samuel should be trying to gain influence in [White King]." Chu Mal-Chin thought as he stroked his pretty chin.

White King was a guild/company just underneath Sovereign, its founder was a powerful swordsman. It also held the position of first ranked guild in the North American region, but then Sovereign took their title. Though it's a formidable guild, many would still seek benefits in Sovereign rather then White King.

As he was fiddling with a card in his hand, he inserted some mana and watched as the Queen of Hearts lit up.

"These aren't regular cards are they?" Chu Mal-Chin asked the system.

[They are regular cards, however Malso's mana have the unique property to infuse different elements in cards. You have just been inserting mana without care for elements.]

Chu Mal-Chin frowned. Didn't he get all the information about Malso's abilities already?

[Some parts of information have been cut out due to original owner's will.]

Well that wasn't very helpful.

Chu Mul-Chin imagined ice seeping into the card, but then his mind wandered over to water, as he imagined the ice cubes melting. But then he thought about watering his plants, and then a wildfire that had destroyed tons of plant life in the news.

In the end he couldn't make up his mind and opened his eyes, in his hand, was the Queen of Hearts. Each corner was lit up with a different color, red, green, blue, and teal.

"…what the hell." Why did it feel like he was doing something illegal? Was he accidentally making bombs?

A month passed by easily since all Chu Mal-Chin did was sleep, play games, and eat food. But this morning was special, this was the day a new gate appeared and monsters escaped causing chaos across the city.

And this also wasn't just a normal gate outbreak, the gate opening up today would be an SS ranked gate that was a major arc for the Andras and Samuel.

It was also the day when vice leader Sirvana Kendall, of White King died to the boss monster of the SS ranked gate fighting valiantly next with Andras. This caused Samuel to be promoted to the next vice leader.

Since it was going to be a busy day, Chu Mal-Chin ate well and took a nice long shower. In the story, Orchid helped a few people in the background, but other then that, he wasn't mentioned at all. Truly living up to his name as an eccentric vigilante.

So, Chu Mal-Chin made sure he was properly rested, with tons of mana to spare.

The system tutorial was now gone so Chu Mal-Chin had to relay on himself for this event.

He dressed in Malso's extravagant outfit and made sure to adorn the white gloves he had forgotten to put on last time, during the whole kidnapping scheme. All the clothing had various buff enchants casted on, and it just so happened that the gloves gave extra speed and dexterity. This would definitely be useful for later on.

Putting on the mask that hid his presence, he unhurriedly opened his window ajar and started jumping through rooftops to wait for the gate opening.

After 2 hours of resting on a roof, he started hearing a ruckus and a bunch of guild insignia cars were speeding towards a certain place.

He followed them discreetly and arrived to see a large bull/tiger try to run over a child.

Malso hurriedly rushed down and grabbed the boy before rushing away and putting him in a safe distance away.

While he was saving caught civilians, a sharp piece of scrap metal flew towards Chu Mal-Chin and hit his ankle.

"Ow." He frowned, it didn't hurt that much, but it might have left a bruise. He turned to see what had caused the flying scrap metal and saw a valiant black haired Samuel fighting off a big serpent like monster. His face was calm as he bravely fought off the monster, some evacuating citizens turning back and looking at him with awe.

The monster was grabbing random debris with its tail and kept throwing it towards civilians, thus causing Samuel to try and stall for time, rather then kill it immediately and risk a dead casualty.

Soon, a line of cars arrived with a familiar insignia of Sovereign's logo. Malso put the wounded woman in his arms far away as he returned and stealthily watched the situation while gathering back his expanded mana.

Mana was quite flexible in this aspect, you could use it to use abilities, or enhance physical abilities temporarily.

As Andras made his dazzling entrance and immediately ordered his team to clear the site, he stepped towards Samuel and went over to assist the battle.

Samuel glanced at Andras for a second before annoyedly turning away.

"Not even a hello?" Andras smiled as he pulled out his S ranked sword. Samuel's gaze lingered at the sword before coldly turning away again.

Chu Mal-Chin watched with interested eyes, at this point of the novel, Samuel's attitude towards Andras was just sour due to some unpleasant experiences involving guild alliances.

It wasn't until Andras sent people to assassinate one of Samuel's friends, then did Samuel start to despise his existence.

Andras wasn't phased at all by the cold attitude and commanded him calmly.

"Keep blocking the pieces of debris, I'll attack since it seems your S ranked sword isn't with you." Andras snickered as a red flash of light illuminated his sword.

"…Tch." Samuel clicked his tongue again annoyedly, he was borrowing an A ranked sword until he could locate Orchid and get his sword back.

Currently, the serpent monster's back was covered by gate entrance, thus earlier reinforcements couldn't flank due to the dangers of accidentally being sucked in.

Samuel and Andras also had to be careful not to get sucked in, thus they held back, causing the fight to drag out longer then it needed to be.

As the fight steadily moved on, Chu Mal-Chin was planning to leave. After they defeated the snake, a sudden force appeared and caused Samuel, Andras, and some of their guild members to get sucked into the gate suddenly.

Meanwhile, Malso was watching a woman with long red hair in a ponytail commanding guild members around and saving the people underneath the collapsed buildings. That must have been Sirvana, considering her attire and demeanor. She was a 34 year old woman who managed to climb the ranks quickly due to her ability and diligence. Although she was 34, those with S ranked powers and above had their lifespans expanded, so she at most look mid 20's. He also kinda forgot what her ability was…

As Chu Mal-Chin waited for his que to leave, he suddenly spotted a blob of white on the roadside.
