Holy Land Mary Geoise
The Five Elders gathered in a quiet yet tense room, their expressions grim as they discussed the latest events.
"Enies Lobby was destroyed, our Buster Call failed, and two Admirals failed to change anything," murmured the bald, bespectacled elder, holding a samurai sword. "When did such a family as the Uchiha even come to exist?"
"Nothing of their kind has ever been documented," said Saint Topman Warcury, the bald elder with a very large white mustache as well as birthmark spots on his forehead and right cheek.. "How could we miss something this strange?"
Saint Marcus Mars, The elder with the thick white beard and long hair added thoughtfully, "these strange powers used are enough to only put them under the Four Emperors. Their existence alone threatens the balance we've worked so hard to maintain."
Another elder, wearing a suit with a blond hair and beard, sighed. "This Uchiha Security Company, if allowed to rise, could spark a worldwide upheaval. Yet any direct action would mean dedicating three Admirals at the very least—a costly move that leaves us vulnerable elsewhere."
As their tense silence settled, a government official rushed in, breathless and panicked. "Five Elders! We've just received word—Red-Haired Shanks and Whitebeard Edward Newgate are set to meet in the New World!"
The elders exchanged troubled glances, fully aware of the significance. Saint Jaygarcia Saturn voiced their shared concern, "The world balance we've fought to maintain... is unraveling faster than we can contain."

Meanwhile, in the Whitebeard Pirates' camp
"Gurararara! Those two boys, Aokiji and Kizaru, got a real beating. That's the best news I've heard in a while!" Edward Newgate, Whitebeard laughed heartily, oxygen tubes, intravenous tubes and life support systems attached to him.
Marco, Whitebeard's first division commander, looked up with curiosity. "This Uchiha clan, Dad... where did they even come from? Fighting against two Admirals isn't something just anyone can do."
"Who knows?" Whitebeard grinned, the hint of mischief in his eyes. "But the world's about to get real lively again. By the way, any word on Ace?"
"Not yet. Knowing him, he won't come back until he finds and catches Teach." Marco replied.

In the Blackbeard Pirates' camp
In a dimly lit room, Blackbeard was fuming. "Damn that Uchiha Kitaro! That b*****d! the Thunder Fruit is mine!" He slammed his fist on the table, teeth clenched. "Not only did he steal it, but he didn't even use it for himself. Gave it away like a cheap trinket!"
One of his subordinates looked skeptical. "This guy fought two Admirals? Is he really that strong?"
Blackbeard scoffed angrily. "Never underestimate the man who forced me to retreat. I couldn't beat him last time because of his strange abilities, and I don't think he even showed his true power. His swordsmanship alone was enough to fight against Aokiji. He's fiercely powerful."
Though he thirsted for revenge, Blackbeard knew he would have to wait for now. Better to let this "kid" run wild a little longer.

In the City of Water 7
"I can't let the World Government view me as a threat to its rule—not yet. I'm nowhere near strong enough to take them on. Besides, there's more to the Five Elders than meets the eye, not to mention the hidden powers they've kept out of sight. And then… there's Imu. I have no idea just how powerful he really is." Kitaro was thinking about the future.
Suddenly Kitaro heard the sound he'd been waiting for.
[Ding! Side mission: First commission (completed). Reward: Eye Technique - Amaterasu]
A subtle heat stirred in Kitaro's left eye, as though a new power had taken root within him. Thrilled to test it, he teleported to a deserted island nearby.
As he appeared, two enormous apes roared in surprise, preparing to defend their territory. With a calm gaze, Kitaro activated his Mangekyō Sharingan, focusing on one of the creatures.
"Amaterasu."
In an instant, black flames erupted on the ape's body, consuming it in an inextinguishable blaze. The ape screamed, its powerful frame crumbling into ashes as Amaterasu's relentless flames burned through. When it was reduced to cinders, the flames finally died out.
Feeling a faint soreness in his eye, Kitaro realized the intensity of Amaterasu's power—its flames burned until their target was utterly destroyed. Satisfied, he teleported back, ready to finalize his next deal.

Back at Water 7, one of the foremen approached Kitaro nervously. "Mr. Kitaro, Mr. Iceburg is ready for you in his office. He wanted to discuss... the contract."
After a short walk, Kitaro met Iceburg, who smiled as he handed over the contract. "Mr. Kitaro, please review this agreement. With Uchiha Security's protection, the City of Water seven will be safer than ever."
Kitaro glanced at the terms, nodding at the generous monthly reward of 500 million Berries for a ten-year term. It was a hefty sum.
Hancock, observing the contract, was surprised by the amount. It would have taken her multiple pirate raids to gather that sum, and here Kitaro was about to receive it monthly. She looked at him with admiration.
Kitaro signed without hesitation, then Iceburg shook his hand. "From now on, we'll be partners," Iceburg said with a smile.
"Oh, by the way," Iceburg added, reaching into a drawer to pull out a rolled blueprint. "This is the design of the ancient weapon, Pluton."
Kitaro raised an eyebrow. "You're just... giving it to me? Aren't you afraid I'll hand it to the World Government?"
Iceburg chuckled, "I trust you, Mr. Kitaro. My master always said that this blueprint is a counterbalance—something to protect against others misusing Pluton if it ever resurfaces. I lack the strength to guard it, but with you, I believe it's in the right hands."
Kitaro took the blueprint, considering its weight. "A hot potato, but if the World Government asks, feel free to tell them I have it. They know where to find me."
Inwardly, he mused, "I'll burn the blueprint right in front of them after copying it—or maybe even sell it to them if the price is right. I'm not too worried about the world getting destroyed; if things get dangerous, I can always return to the Ninja World."
Before long, the flags bearing the Uchiha clan's symbol were raised over the City of Water 7, proudly displayed atop the mayor's building and around the city's walls. From this day forward, the city stood under Uchiha Security's watchful protection, a deterrent to anyone who would bring trouble.
Anyone bold enough to challenge the peace of the Water seven City would now have to consider the full might of the Uchiha clan—a force formidable enough to change the world's balance.
