The End of the Duel

After introducing themselves and getting to know each other, Alex and his crew found out that Dorry and Brogy were part of the Giant Warrior Pirates and they were the captains of that pirate crew. Alex had an idea and started to plan on how he would put to fruition his idea because if it works, then he would see an increase in his crew and fleet's strength. His idea is to form the Giant Warrior Pirates again and add them to his fleet in order to increase his fleet's strength. He was planning on dueling them both in order for them to accept him as their captain and probably tell them to recruit the other giants to increase their crew. Alex was smiling brightly as he imagined a whole crew full of giants as his main tank force for his crew. He was already planning for his future corps leaders. Lafitte would be the leader of his assassin group where their main objective is to gather information and obviously to assassinate people, Cierra would be handling his deals in the Underworld to remain anonymous as he doesn't want to deal with the people in the Underworld, Law would be the one leading his medic corps as he would be teaching future doctors in his crew to decrease the possibility of some of his crew dying, Van Augur would be the leader of his mercenary corps made up of marksmen and other gun users, and if it all goes well Fraulein, Braga, Dorry, and Brogy would lead his main fighter force with some fighters that would be recruited from other races either from being saved from slave auctions or just straight up recruit them from somewhere because there are a lot of strong people in the Grandline who have no crew or group with them. As of now, this is what Alex is planning and he is also coming up with his backup plans since he knows that plans don't always work out the way you want them to.

As he was thinking about things that would be happening in the very far future, he was brought out of his thoughts by Robin who asked him "What are you thinking about?" to which Alex answered, "Just on what the future holds and what I plan to do to increase my strength and eventually bring peace and freedom to this world." Robin was surprised at what Alex's goal is but asked again "How are you going to achieve that? You know that your goal might be impossible as no one has ever done that before." Alex just smiled and said "Well, I'm not alone so I think with you guys, I think I can do it. Besides, that is all in the future so we don't have to think about it too much. I think by the time we all get there we have amassed a terrifying force that could rival a kingdom. So for now, I will just enjoy the journey with you guys and make more allies along the way." Robin was mesmerized by his smile and couldn't help but blush as she thought 'He really is attractive whenever he talks about his dreams.' but Alex did not notice Robin's blushing face as he shouted "Oy Dorry, Brogy! You say that you haven't finished your duel right?" the giants nodded and Brogy asked "Yeah we haven't finished our duel yet. Why do you ask little Alex?" Alex smiled and said "Well, I have a way of ending your duel." the giants were surprised and Brogy said "GABABABABABABA You are too funny little Alex! We have been trying to end our duel for almost ninety years and we still haven't done it. Well, since you both got us interested, what is your proposition for us?" Alex looked them dead in the eye and said "Fight me." the giants were surprised and looking at him like it was a joke, but looking at Alex's face they knew he wasn't joking and Dorry said "Assuming that we fight you, Alex, what would you get in return?" Alex was silent but then replied, "If I win, you two will join my fleet and you both would become leaders of my Giant Division." the giants were surprised at his condition but noticed something was wrong and Dorry asked, "What about when we win?" Alex smiled confidently and said with an aura full of confidence and arrogance "There is no need because you both won't win." the giants were shocked and laughed out loud "You really are funny Alex! Alright, we giants won't back down from a fight. We will fight in a few days as me and Brogy need to rest. See you in a few days Alex and don't disappoint us." said Dorry and Alex replied, "I could say the same to you both." and they both left the group.

After the giants left, Alex then turned around to see his crew's jaws were on the floor and shouted at him "Are you crazy! Fighting a giant is already hard enough, but you are fighting two!" shouted Braga as he was still scared of the two giants that they saw a while ago. "Captain, as much as I respect your decision and your impulsiveness, this is too stupid." said Franco as he was leaning against a tree holding his scythe. "Alex is this what you mean getting more allies because if it is I would advise you to stop this as this could cost you your life." said Robin as she was beginning to feel sad that Alex might die. Among all of them saying that this was a bad idea, Law spoke up "I agree with captain's decision." the group was shocked at what he said while Alex was smiling because someone believed in him. Law ignored their stares and continued "I agree with him because I think captain has a shot at winning against them. I have seen his Devil Fruit training and if you also did, then you would not be doubting captain's strength right now. His Devil Fruit although he says he has not mastered the second stage, is already enough to overpower one giant." then Braga cut him off and said, "But you are forgetting that captain has to fight two and not one." Law just said "Let me finish first. He has not mastered the second stage but he is almost there and he just needs the right push to break through it and he is going to use this fight to break through and beat the giants." the group was in awe of Law's analysis and Alex's bravery and boldness to use the giants as training for his Devil Fruit. "Well, Law is right so I will prepare myself for our fight in a few days, so do whatever you want guys and I will look for a spot to train." Alex then disappeared and the group just decided to rest for the day and they will explore the island tomorrow.
