Chapter 173: Three Sisters

"Vivi, Nojiko, HQ, Zala and Marianne, take Lexie with you and get the treasure. Be careful of those robots and this unknown crew," Ben ordered. 

He added, "Kaya, Mikita, Alvida, you are with me. Let's stop them here and get our new crew members."

They all nodded. 

Vivi, Nojiko, HQ, Zala, Marianne Robin and Honey rushed to Lexie and got in. HQ sat in the driver's seat, started the engine and closed the doors and headed towards the ruins. 

The ship stopped. A large yellow and green robot with a broad chest, a flat head, one large eye, a green square where the other should be, and large teeth. It also has a dual-sided lance and spear arm, and a black lower half. The robot landed on the beach. It had a dozen men clinging on to him. There was one man sitting on his shoulder. 

He was a middle-aged man, with a black goatee, black glasses and a black beanie. He wore an open red coat, with a big white collar, and two white surrounded in black spark at each side of the zipper. Under the coat, he wore a red suit, with a zipper in the front. He had brown open gloves, two narrow brown belts around his legs, and polished dark red shoes. 

Ben thought that man was not just a random pirate. The man raised his hand and yelled, "Charge." The robot ran towards the ruins. 

Ben saw this and flew towards the robot to intercept however he got hit with water drops that felt like bullets. "Shoryo no Mizu," Gad said. Ben fell down to the ground. 

Alvida was about to move when Emeraude jumped from the ship and swung her spear. Alvida used her Jitte to block the spear attack. "This time you want to fight," Alvida said with a smile. Emeraude just looked at her. 

Rubis tried to stab Mikita. "Rouge devastating," Rubis said. Mikita saw this and jumped away. 

"Still got that fire. I thought you would join us now," Mikita said with a smile. Rubis did not reply. 

As Kaya was flying towards the giant robot, Saphir spun in the air with her spear out towards Kaya. "Bleu Cyclone Barrage," Saphir said. Kaya saw this and dodged. 

"I thought this would be easier," Kaya said. Saphir looked at her. 

Ben got up. He looked at Gad. "That was Zabal, he takes things seriously. Your crew will not survive him," Gad said. 

"I heard something similar last time like a fishman never loses to humans," Ben replied.

Gas kissed his teeth. He looked angry. "I will kill you," Gad said.

"Alvida, Mikita and Kaya focus on the plan ahead. That robot and this Zabal guy will be taken care of by the girls," Ben said.

"Of course my love," Alvida said. She looked at Emeraude and smiled. Emeraude held her weapon.

"Okay Ben," Kaya said. She flew up in the air above Saphir. Saphir held her weapon ready for an attack.

"We can go help them out later," Mikita said. Rubis tried to impale with the spear, however Mikita dodged. 

They were all being surrounded by two dozen men jumping from the ship.

Ben smiled. He flew towards Gad and tackled him to another area of the beach. "Boss," the man shouted.

"I will take care of this human," Gad said as they went flying away. 

Emeraude looked at Alvida. She looked calm and happy. "Are you not worried about your crew? Zabal and Aua Ra Aa are after them," Emeraude said.

"I have faith in them. They are strong and can protect each other," Alvida said.

"Also, that was an interesting technique you had shown yesterday," Alvida added. 

"Vert Triomphant is a healing technique which I can use on others," Emeraude replied.

"It is formidable but it takes a toll on your body," Alvida said.

"You are correct there," Emeraude said. 

"Your crewmate was not appreciative of it," Alvida said.

"It has limits and he does not like it. He blames me for being weak," Emeraude said.

"So, are you going to join us now?" Alvida said.

Emeraude paused for a second. "Simon has a devil fruit which means others can't touch him," Emeraude said. 

"Another logia," Alvida sighed.

"Logia? You have fought these before?" Emeraude asked.

"Yes, twice and we won both times," Alvida said and added, "One of them was a warlord of the sea." 

Emeraude was in shock. "If we join you then, Simon will come after us and kill us," Emeraude said. She had a serious look. Her tone was serious. 

"We fought an entire organisation to save our friend`s country. This was that warlord who could turn into sand," Alvida said. 

Alvida looked at Emeraude. "We are not afraid for our crewmate, our friend," Alvida said.

"Will you accept my two sisters?" Emeraude said.

"Of course," Alvida said. 

"Fishwoman are discriminated against," Emeraude said sadly and added, "I won't let my sisters suffer."

"We will welcome all of them. My love treats us very well and he will treat you as well," Alvida said.

"Your love? You mean the man who defeated Gad?" Emeraude said.

"Yes, he will defeat him again and Simon as well," Alvida declared.

Emeraude saw in her eyes, she was not lying. She believed in her crew and her man. "Okay, My sisters and I will join the Love Pirates," Emeraude declared. Gad was always mean and horrible to them however they had no other place to go. However, now they have somewhere to go, to be with people who respect them. It was a gamble since she and her sisters did not know them however it was a risk they were going to take.

"Welcome to the crew," Alvida said. She thought about the three fishwomen with her love. She smiled.

While Emeraude and Alvida were talking, Rubis and Mikita were clashing. Rubis was trying to stab Mikita with her spear. Mikita was dodging. 

"You seem a little faster today," Rubis said as she thrusted her spear forward.

"I worked out yesterday," Mikita said as she dodged the spear attack. 

"I will not lose today," Rubis said. She smiled and held her spear and swiped upwards with her spear. 

"Well you may not but you are joining us today," Mikita said as she moved her head and body backwards to dodge the attack. 

"You are confident," Rubis said as she thrusted her spear at Mikita again. 

"I am," Mikita replied as she stood. She did not move as the spear came towards her. 

"You are foolish," Rubis said as the spear stopped just before her stomach. 

"Am I?" Mikita said. She smiled. 

"I used to work for a tyrant who wanted power at all costs. I did some horrible things when I was with them but then I joined Ben and his crew and they accepted me and I felt close to everyone. I could tell things which I could not before. Be someone who I want to be," Mikita explained. 

"That sounds nice," Rubis said as she withdrew her spear.

"I want my sisters to be protected and not treated like slaves. Simon is horrible but we are not chained up and sold," Rubis said. She had anger but fear in her eyes.

"We will treat all equally. Our Captain is very nice and accommodating," Mikita said. She thought they were all pretty, and Ben would be happy with them. 

"Okay, as long as my sister is happy. I will join the Love Pirates," Rubis declared. 

Mikita smiled. 

Emeraude and Rubis had now joined, Kaya and Saphir were looking at each other.

"Your flying is annoying," Saphir pouted. She was a bit annoyed that she could not hit her with her spear/ 

Kaya smiled. "It is handy," Kaya replied.

"That cute man," Saphir said. She thought about the man who took down Gad last night. He looked good. It made her heart beat fast every time she thought about him. She had not this feeling before.

Kaya narrowed her eyes. "You mean Ben?" Kaya asked. 

"Yes Ben, he is cute," Saphir said.

"He is a pervert," Kaya blurted out. 

"But he is our pervert. He takes care of us. He protects us. He makes us happy. He does stuff but he at the end of the day is with us," Kaya explained. She thought it did not make sense however her heart was telling her it did.

Saphir heard Kaya. She was a bit shocked about the pervert part however the rest of things sounded nice. She wanted someone like that. Her hunch was right, Ben could be all the things to her. Simon and Gad treat them like disposable men. She did not like this however they had no choice. Fishwoman are sold in slave markets. They heard some horror stories. They had some safety here however they did not know how long it would last. 

"If my sisters can join and be treated well, I will join," Sahpir said. She wanted to join. However her sisters were also important. She had crossed her fingers.

Kaya smiled. "Yes, they can join," Kaya replied.

Saphir jumped in the air. She looked happy. "I will join the Love Pirates," Saphir declared. 

Kaya thought someone was happy. Kaya flew down and transformed back into her human form. Rubis, Emeraude, Alvida and Mikita gathered around Kaya and Saphir. They all smiles on their faces.

"It is a good thing you are all joining us," Alvida said.

"Ben was worried about you but did not want to push you," Mikita said.

"We might have said no if you did," Rubis said.

"Although, Saphir could not stop talking about Ben," Emeraude said.

"Hey," Saphir replied. 

The girls giggled. "He can have that effect," Kaya said. 

"My love does," Alvida said. 

As the girls talked, members of the Simon pirates surrounded them. "So you have betrayed us," a pirate said. 

"Captain Simon will have your heads," another pirate said. 

"Meteor Fist," Mikita said as she increased her weight in one arm and punched the pirate who said it. He went flying in the air. 

"I heard something unpleasant," Mikita added.

The other pirates looked shocked. "Get them," a pirate shouted.

Kaya transformed into her beast form again. "Angel Barrage," Kaya said as fired a rapid volley of small energy projectiles resembling angelic feathers from her wings towards the group of pirates. They all got hit. They screamed as they went down.

Emeraude, Rubis and Saphir looked in shocked at how easily they were defeated. "You were holding back," Saphir said.

"We did not want to hurt our new crew members," Alvida said.

"But you did not know we will be joining," Emeraude replied.

"We have a good gut feeling," Mikita said.

"So what should we do now?" Rubis asked.

"I think you all should go back to the Miss Love Duck for today," Alvida said.

The girls looked a bit upset. "But we can help," Saphir protested. They seem to have forgotten that they were a different crew just a minute ago. 

"Yes you can and your help is much needed but today you just joined us, we can't ask for you to just jump in right now. The Miss Love Duck will be the safe home for you to rest today, Mikita said.

"She is right, your health is our number one priority," Alvida added.

The girls smiled. They just joined and they cared for them. "Okay, we will head to the ship," Emeraude said.

"Will they know we are not a threat?" Rubis asked.

"They will just tell HQ, Alvida, Mikita and Kaya sent you here. My love has also said," Alvida replied.

"She means Ben is okay," Kaya said, who had just walked back after defeating them. 

"Also, the treasure is not in the big temple there," Saphir said.

"Yes, Saphir is correct. We had got some intel to say it's on the east side," Emeraude added. 

"Apparently there is a small temple," Rubis said.

"Okay," Alvida said.

"Thank you for telling us," Kaya said. She had a big smile on our face.

"We need to have a bigger conversation about this treasure and that monster," Mikita said.

"We will share however we don't know much either," Saphir said. She looked a little annoyed. 

"They dont trust us," Rubis said. 

"We do," Alvida said.

Rubis, Saphir and Emeraude all nodded and smiled. They went towards the ocean and swam towards the Miss Love Duck. Their speed was like a rocket. 

"They are fast," Kaya said.

"They can also swim," Mikita added.

"Which will be very handy for us devil fruit users," Alvida noted. They nodded. 

"So should we head east now?" Kaya asked. 

"Yes," Mikita said.

"But Ben?" Kaya questioned.

"He will be fine," Alvida said.

"Okay, then let's get this treasure and then we can check how the rest are doing," Mikita said.
