He's Always Been Like That

Noelle knew Perry had never done this before either. It was entirely possible that the thought hadn't even occurred to him and he was more innocent than his familiarity with the internet would suggest. 

She wasn't sure what she was supposed to think. They had been sharing a bed for a week but had never even properly made out. She didn't want to say anything though because that would make her seem desperate. She would die of embarrassment. 

She was still in a state of confusion when Perry dropped her and Chloe off at the airport. He had apparently gone out to get a car when she was at work on Monday out of the blue because he offered to take them when she came home for lunch. She appreciated that but was also worried about how that potential meeting would go. 

It turned out she had nothing to worry about. Those two got on well enough on the ride to the airport.
