A week has passed after my talk with Roanna. During this week, I have been using my Shadow Clone as a substitute to attend the academy in my place.

I have been spending most of my time with all of my girls. I only went out of my spatial farm to accompany Roanna in her sword practice in mid-afternoon.

I have also taken girls on individual shopping trips in the Galarc Kingdom as I also have multiple teleportation points in 5 different cities, in which Amande is also included. The teleportation points have been set up in the buildings owned by the Celsius company.

In the last two years, Celsius' company and Rikka's guild have become very famous in the whole Galarc Kingdom. Celsius company for their hotels, cafes, and food shops. While Rikka guild is famous for new fashionable clothes and other day-to-day things.

Other than these independent businesses, both companies also have joint shops in 5 cities in the territories of different nobles selling magic artifacts developed by Celia and Rio.

In the eyes of the Galarc kingdom, both these two companies are in a contract, according to which the blueprint of the artifacts has been provided by Celsius company, manufacturing is mostly handled by Rikka's guild, and the final product is sold by their cooperation.

And since they sell a variety of artifacts, from day-to-day products to advanced life-saving products like one-time use bracelets that on activation create energy walls to protect the wearer, etc at reasonable prices. These products have attracted the eyes of many people in the kingdom including the king himself. Increasing the value of Celsius company which has provided the blueprints and Rikka guild which is in cooperation with them.

This has helped Liselotte in getting out of her fate to be bound in an arranged marriage. As the whole Galarc Kingdom knows that the owner of Celsius Company is a boy of noble origin from the Yagumo region. He is around the same age as Liselotte, and both of them are very close to each other. All of this information is spread by Mark and Beth on my order.

This has led to a rumor that Liselotte already has someone she is in love with, thus reducing the number of marriage proposals that come for her to almost zero. The king is also in favor of this relationship between us because it brings a lot of benefits to his kingdom.

But there are still some nobles who want to try their luck. Only to take back their proposals the next day for some unknown reason, and it has nothing to do with me as I have not sent my shadows after that person and threatened them to do so. Really not.

Coming back to the topic, I took girls on shopping dates in different cities to enjoy life while waiting for the tournament to start.

I have been waiting for the match to end, as the next match is mine against Charles Albor.

He is also the same person, who in the name of interrogation tried to force the 'past' Rio to admit that he is part of the gang that kidnapped Christina. So, he could escape the punishment from the king as it is under his watch that Christina was kidnapped. Thus, to return the favor. I will humiliate him in the upcoming match between us. (This event happened before Rio's transmigration.)

As for Roanna's match, it has already taken place and she has won spectacularly as her swordsmanship skills were superior to her opponent. During the last week, from our practice sessions, I have come to know that Roanna has very high potential in swordsmanship.

I don't know if Roanna in the LN also has the same talent, but the thing I know for sure is that in this world she can become someone who can split mountains with a simple swing of her sword in the future if trained properly. Which is something I am going to tell her, to get her consent in it, after the end of this tournament.

As I was thinking all this, I heard the voice of my swordcraft instructor aka Roanna's uncle addressing me. "It's time. You're up, Rio." The swordcraft instructor said while entering the room.

"Yes, sir." I immediately rose to my feet and placed a hand over my chest, using the appropriate response etiquette.

Entering the arena, I saw how Charles' eyes widened in a look of surprise which quickly turned to an expression of annoyance as he recognized me.

"Hmph. I knew you were enrolled in the Academy, but I never imagined you'd be the one to face me." He said with his gutter-like face to which I muted his voice and focused on the match.

He then got angry on seeing me not replying to his bullshit, and crunch his face in anger that made his face more devious than before. Just as I thought this, his face reddened as I said it in reality, but since my voice was low only he heard it.

Then he shouted at the referee to start the match as fast as possible. Under his status and pressure, the referee also nodded.
