Immediately as the system fragment entered inside 'my' soul I used my ability [ Disguise ] hiding myself and my presence with everything that made me, me.

As soon as the fragment entered it began looking around before going towards the sun of which I now resided in and started hovering around it and then a second later a tendril appeared out of its white smoky mass and contacted to what used to be Nathan's soul.

—Nathan's Pov [outside world]

<Congratulations you've been chosen to become a system fragment holder>

After a moment of minor disbelief I shifted my face to one of shock.

" what the fuck are you?!? " to keep the play going so I did not get discovered I opted to act surprised and a little scared.

<Hello host, I'm one of the hundreds of thousands of scattered pieces of a system in the multiverse but since that is not of your concern I'll now tell you my functions>

" okay…." slightly peeved at the situation I kept the play on but inside my soul I had already begun a plan and initiated it already just incase.

Status: Shows user's physical and metaphysical capabilities in the form of a digital representation.

Inventory: Gives an infinite storage space for the user's convenience.

Quest: Gives missions of which the host may choose to not do and if accepted and completed you shall be awarded for your troubles.]

' so a standard System? What gives? ' I thought with a groan.

" okay…status " immediately a screen appeared Infront of me and this weirded me out a bit.

' aren't I a system? Why the fuck did I gain a system? ' I thought before looking at the system showing my stats.

" wow…" still playing the part I grinned looking at the stats ' pretty much good not gonna lie '

Already knowing the functions of my inventory and willing it out and looking through it it's pretty much just an inventory with game mechanics in place.

Willing for my quest screen to appear instead I received a quest.

[Quest: Survive—

-Description: Currently there are thousands of people such as yourself gifted with a piece of what used to be our whole and every single one of them will kill you on sight if they find you so make sure to survive for at least a year.

—Bonus: If by chance you are able to find a fragment holder you are advised to kill and acquire his fragment to grow your own I'm power and benefits.

-Reward: +50 level's, +5 perk points.

—Bonus Reward: +30 levels per fragment, +10 perk points.

Accept: Yes/No]

" wow…okay that seems like fun " I grinned with a maniac look on my face ' well at least I know what I'll be mostly doing in this world. '

' now all I have to do is use the System fragment to grow stronger and not use my own resources of which I have none and farm <W-E> to level up or trade with other systems to grow myself, seems pretty standard and doable '

" well that seems like fun " immediately I pressed 'Yes' and the screen disappeared and the quest list updated showing my new quest.

With a grin I looked at the contents of the files infront of me saying that I had inherited my family company which was about to go downhill as investors sold their shares as soon as my tx'parents were said to be dead.

My family has a company that focused on electronics and medicine so they were well off, not Tony stark well off but well off.

With a grin I booted up my computer and began my plan.

Operation: Comeback of the only son….

With a smile at my idiocy I began buying every share that was sold from my company and after four hours it was done, I was a couple hundred million dollars less but I'd be able to make up for that.

So with that I was able to buy 80% of shares sold and since my 'parents' each held on to 10% each which was kinda dumb but whatever.

Now I had 100% total control over my company which is on its last legs.

With frown I looked back my my bodies stats and since I was using this body by transfering my consciousness and not my soul I couldn't bring back my mental and soul stats to this body so I was stuck with a slower and less creative brain and a soul that was weaker then my system soul.

' i should find a fragment holder and kill them since they reward me much more then just anyone I think unless they are stronger….but with my puny stats I'm cannon fodder ' sighing at my weak body I pulled myself inside my soul and began looking at the extra star that hovered around my sun.

And since I could use my system powers in the soul world I used [Analysis] on it but this time on a larger scale pumping more of my energy inside this ability and not long a ton of information started coming back from the ability all entering the sun to my system soul body.

' oh…oh this will be useful…this will be useful as fuck' I thought to myself with a grin looking at the new ability that just popped up while I was consuming the knowledge I suddenly gained.

' I really don't know how I gained this ability…maybe using analysis allowed me to find something in it that could not be felt so I gained an ability to allow that?, I'm pretty sure you're not allowed or you just can't birth Abilities like that…but we'll take it, it's benefiting me' with that out of the way I used sense all around the apartment I stayed at and felt 2 pings.

' okay...' with a frown I began trying to get their general location finding that one was a couple of floors lower then me and another was on the bottom floors.

' okay now…how do I play this….' I thought with a frown.
