Blue House

In the center of the Goryeo government, was the Blue House. The president of Goryeo, Moon Seong-In was at his desk seeping tea for once in a while. The busy times had passed and now was his only time for relaxation.

"Mr.President!" The door to his office was slammed wide open surprising the president whose age had reached sixty years old. The hot tea in his hand splashed over his office suit.

"Hot! Hot! Hot!" He stood up from his seat squirming his whole body like a worm being barbeque by the hot sun. The president was definitely not pleased after his relaxation time being disturbed by this aide of his.

"What is it?!" His tone was definitely angst by the sudden uninvited guest.

"President please turn on the television!" The president was enraged, his aide came in just to ask him to turn on the television who wouldn't be mad by that.

Seeing the president still glaring at him with his hands holding on to his teacup, the aide quickly turned on the flat screen television. The news popped up right in front of the two as the president immediately had his attention glued to the screen.

"What in the..."

"Breaking News, the streets of Seoul is being ravaged by these amphibian monsters. The police are trying their best fighting off against these monsters yet their force couldn't contain these amphibian monsters."

The news reporter was on the sky inside the cockpit of the helicopter as they were live streaming it. The helicopter was flying above the Han river as the cameraman was documenting the river.

"Our sources on the ground are telling us that these monsters are coming from the Han River."

Staggering numbers of the mutated fish were emerging from the waters of the Han river. The land was below them was soaked with the crimson blood of the victim of the mutated fish. This astonishing site was relayed throughout the whole nation as everyone eyes were on the television screen.

Moon Seong-In, the president was baffled by such a sight as he came closer to the flat screen television.

Then the most unexpected had happened. A huge shadow lurked within the depth of the Han river as the helicopter that was flying above it managed to caught it live in action.

"There is some kind of huge shadow beneath the surface of the water. Its..."

Before she could finish her words, the surface tension of the river broke as a huge serpent emerged out from the river. A deafening screech trembled the air near the Han river.

The news reporter was stunned by the sight of this gigantic serpent as even the cameraman lost focus on the monster. The live streaming of the news was filled with silence. It wasn't a broadcast error but just pure astonishment by the incredible scene that was unfolding itself.

Oblivious to the people in the helicopter, the tail of the serpent came from behind and slammed the airborne vehicle.

The television screen airing throughout the whole nation was hearing the screams and pleading of the people in the cockpit as after a few seconds, the screen turned black. The last thing they heard on the television was a massive explosion like they always heard from action movies.

That was a real-life broadcast error. The screen turned into the rainbow no signal screen as the president of Goryeo couldn't believe it.

"Can you please tell me that's just one of the new variety show on tv." He was in denial, yet his aide assured him that the things he just saw weren't a new pilot program for a tv show. "No, Mr.President. That's the real deal."

Moon Seong-In released a sighed out of frustration. What kind of calamity had struck his nation of Goryeo. The peace treaty with Bughan was going well over these past few months and now something else came knocking on their country front doorstep.

"Get me the Minister of Defense! And schedule a cabinet meeting right at this instant!" The President was quick on his feet as his aide rushed out of the room enacting the orders given to him.

Moon Seong-In stared out from the office window as his mind was filled with worrisome thoughts.

Meanwhile, an elevator just arrived at the ground floor.

TING!

The elevator door opened as a man walked out in a laidback mannered. He walked smoothly through the building floor avoiding every blood and whatever organs and dead bodies laid on the floor. One thing he didn't like was getting something on his shoes.

He ignored a mutated fish who was in the cafeteria savoring the fresh meat of its prey. Like a stroll in the park, he ignored the monster that people were running away from. The mutated fish saw him walking over to the entrance of the building.

GROWL!!!

It growled seeing there was another prey close by just waiting for it to sink its molar teeth in crushing the bones of its prey into bits and pieces.

The man just glanced at the incoming mutated fish as he slightly smiled and faced the mutated fish. Out of nowhere, the empty-handed Aran was holding on to an elephant gun, a William Moore & Co. 8 gauge shotgun. He aimed at the mutated fish in a leisure fashion.

"Since those eagles of mine are not working, this would do the trick."

Pulling the trigger, the sound of gunshot echoes within the confinement of the lobby. This time Aran brought the pain to the mutated fish.

GROWL!!!

The mutated fish wailed out of pain, this one was a different fish compared to the one he shot back then. Yet it had tasted what its brethren had never felt. The might of an elephant gun put a hole on its head as blood profusely coming out from the hole like a fountain.

But the mutated fish still rushed at the human that had just shot at it.

Aran was not pleased seeing this persistent fish. He shot it again and again as the lobby was filled with the sound of the loud gunshot. Inches away from reaching Aran, the mutated fish finally dropped dead on the floor with its head turning to mush. There wasn't much left that resembles a head after countless bullets rained on its head.

"Sheesh, I really need a stronger gun. These fishes are a bother."

Finally, he stepped outside of the building as his elephant gun was nowhere in sight.

He walked through the pavement as one thing he desired.

"Grill eel here I come..."
