Who will prevail?

They didn't have enough time to savour their newfound freedom since Rihan immediately unleashed heatwaves everywhere.

They felt hot air covering the entire arena in breathtaking speed, and Rihan who's the cause of such phenomenon is eyeing them like a predator.

Rihan activated kyouka suigetsu after successfully taking his opponents by surprise with heatwaves, his speed instantly exploded out. He ran, charging straight towards his opponents like a gust of wind.

The other party didn't hesitate to send their different techniques towards Rihan but to their dismay, Everytime they thought they were able to hit him, his body would disintegrate into black mist and he would appear on a different place making them a bit frustrated.

After breaking past their defences, Rihan locked his eyes on his prey, he immediately released blazing flames towards the closest disciple, the latter tried to block but it seems futile cause he was still sent flying while steams of smoke could be seen all over his body.

'13 left'

Hong! Hong! 

The sounds of explosions rang out continuously, as Shui Wushuang sent countless ice lotus which chased Rihan while he took out another disciple closely by.

'12 left'

Noticing the attack from Shui Wushuang, Rihan dashed to his 3rd target but instead of attacking, he bypassed him.

The disciple who was bypassed by Rihan was confused at first but when he saw the ice lotus coming his way his body froze.

He was unable to dodge, and could only bear the brunt of the attack which made him incapable of continuing the battle.

'11 left'

This situation continued until there were only two opponents standing in front of him.

Shui Wushuang and Xiao Nan were flabbergasted, from the start until Rihan took out the rest only a minute passed by.

Xiao Nan doesn't want to surrender and unleashed everything that he had, gathering his profound strength onto his feet he jumped several tens of meters into the air. He stopped at the highest point in midair, and suddenly, rounds and rounds of ripple-like water surrounded him. Behind him, a giant green colored eagle silhouette appeared and proudly spread its wings to fly.

Xiao Nan flew down. As he was flying, his whole body merged with the silhouette of the giant green eagle, and he seemed like ascending mighty eagle. He pointed his sword forward. While bringing along an incomparably sharp aura, he thrusted towards Rihan's chest. The sword was extremely sharp, and the air seemed to have been split apart like waves.

The mighty eagle flapped it's wings sending feather shape sword energies along with large shockwaves.

In this split second, people saw multiple green beam of light! 

"Woosh" 

Those sharp feather dashed towards Rihan with unbelievable speed leaving an energy ripple in the air. 

Watching the eagle who was coming for him, Rihan recalled the yamabuki petals.

'Ookami (wolf)'

The petals covered Rihan's entire body, and slowly formed into a golden werewolf, standing in it's hind legs looking at those feather attacks.

It now looks like a great battle of a wolf and eagle.

Shu! Shu! Shu!

The golden wolf on the ground didn't attack immediately and just avoided the attacks which rained down upon him.

While doing so multiple flame orbs formed around him, the giant wolf immediately jumped in the air leaving behind a crack on the stage where it previously stood.

The flame orbs met those sword feathers dispelling each other the moment it clashed.

When Xiao Nan saw the wolf coming he didn't avoid but instead sent a signal to Shui Wushuang, he decided to attack the wolf, he aimed his sword at the wolf.

His sword which is located at the beak of giant eagle shone with green light as Xiao Nan poured his profound energy.

Shui Wushuang took this opportunity,as she sent her profound energy around the giant wolf's hands freezing it in mid-air making it easier for Xiao Nan to pierce through the opponent.

The corner of Xiao Nan's lips curved slightly upwards… The sharpness of this sword was enough to penetrate through a fine steel and now after adding his profound energy it became even sharper. He was ten thousand percent sure that the moment this blow landed, Rihan's Wolf would disintegrate allowing him the chance to slash Rihan.

He felt his Wind Spirit Sword slice apart the force produced by Rihan, slice apart the profound energy protecting his body and his clothes, and then, he stabbed onto his body. The curve of his lips slowly grew larger, but in an instant later, his expression stiffened completely.

When his sword was only a few centimeter away from the wolf..

"Xiao Nan! It's bad! That one is an illusion!" Shui Wushuang shouted when she saw the figure of the same wolf covered with dark mist appeared behind Xiao Nan.

Xiao Nan didn't have time to react as he saw the restrained golden wolf was stabbed by Wind Spirit Sword, it scattered into black smoke while the golden wolf behind him slowly became clear.

Everyone saw the wolf's huge paw swept outwards, they could tell the strength of this attack is strong as they could see ripples in the air.

Bam!

The giant eagle was sent flying towards Shu Wushuang, it slowly disintegrated and Xiao Nan was revealed.

Shui Wushuang immediately circulated her profound arts and covered Xiao Nan with her profound energy to slow down his fall.

When the speed slowed down enough for her, Shui Wushuang dashed and caught Xiao Nan robes.

The latter is still awake though blood can be seen from the side of his lips.

"Hah, grandfather is indeed right. Still, I don't want to be defeated like this." Xiao Nan's eyes didn't lose it's light.

"Me too. Let's use all our strength. This will be our final attack." Shui Wushuang was a competitive woman afterall so she doesn't want to lose easily and embarrass her sect.

Both of them showed their resolved as they focused their energy.

Both of their breathing seems to be slowly synchronizing, they both inhaled and exhaled at the same time. It's like they practiced this combination for a long time now.

Wind and Ice started to combine creating a devastating Blizzard.

When the crowd felt the terrifying of this combined attack has exceeded the power of their earlier combined techniques they felt excitement.

The people in the audience were interested on how would Rihan defend against a perfectly combined attack from both disciples from the two behemoth sects.

Same thoughts was shared by everyone watching the battle.
