My heart is pounding even though I've calmed down long ago. My plan was to get her locker number, write a letter, stick it in her locker and hopefully she'll come to the spot where we first met so I can finally sort things out with her.
As the lesson goes on, I write the letter in my best handwriting making sure not to smudge anything.
When I finish, I quickly go over the letter to make sure it had everything I wanted on it. Once satisfied, I raised my hand to go use the bathroom. The teacher nodded and I left.
I didn't have an envelope so the letter will just have to do by itself. I walk, my eyes hungrily looking for her locker number. When I find it I breathe a sigh of relief. I carefully slide it in and hope she finds it before she leaves.
The day goes by painstakingly slow. My leg jumps up and down with impatience.
"C'mon, c'mon," I mutter to myself willing the clock to move faster.
Once the bell rang to signal the end of the end of the day, I ran out of there like a bullet.
I make it to the back of the school, completely out of breath. After I calmed down, I stood under the tree and waited.
It wasn't long until I saw, oh she's just as radiant as ever.
She took her time coming over with a perplexed look on her face. Once she saw it was me under the tree, she smiled. Thump. Be quiet. Be still my heart or she'll hear!
She stopped just a few feet away.
"So what is it that you want to talk about?" She asked with a grin.
"Uhm... aren't you mad at me?" I asked nervously.
"I am, but at the same time I'm glad to see you,"
My heart fluttered at that.
"Uhm...er...I'm here to say I'm sorry," I stuttered while looking at the ground.
The next chapter may or may not be emotional, I thought I would give a heads to you guys. (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)
Oh and I've decided to write more!
So that should be fun for you all.
