Chapter Twenty-one

Yoshiro's forces were gathered outside the Great Tsaligu. They had been chanting for days trying to bring down the barrier around the temple with no success. They were beginning to feel exhaustion weigh upon them but knew that they needed to heed their Master's commands. It was imperative that they break down the defenses and destroy the tree before resurrecting Noquisi.

Yoshiro had been sending more and more forces to help back them up as they worked their dark magic to bring forth the demon. Still the barrier remained. It wasn't until a few days before that they began to notice it was weakening. As they continued to chant their excitement was beginning to build until they felt a strong pungent magic begin to pulsate from within. More than a few of them began to quake in fear as they watched the area fill with bright light.
