Gender Revel

It was time for the baby gender revel.

And time to reunite the family to finally tell them all, that twins were on the way. And by all, that includes Eric and Amy.

These last two were the first to know about Estella's pregnancy the same day they had their first ultrasound.

The news went something like this....

GREYSON

As we left the hospital with this shocking news, of us finally getting pregnant and to that matter you add twins to the equation. It left us crazy shock. Obviously I was having second thoughts as to, will both make it or will neither make it into this world. But I couldn't let Estella know it. I had to be the strong one. But I did need to let my feeling out, so I had to tell someone. So after two hours of shopping with my babe, I had called Eric and Amy, I thought it would be the best time to tell them.

So I told my wife to wear a shirt that could easily give away her baby bump. And I cooked that day and baked a small limon cake with white frosting that said. There's something coming on it's way with an arrow pointing to where my wife would be sitting. As they got to our home. I had already set the plates, and lead them to the living room where Estella was already.

" come in, take a seat. Greyson really out did himself today." My wife said as Amy handed Alex over to her.

They took their usual spots, and we began to catch up.

As usual Amy offers to help my wife in the kitchen, but if she had gotten up, it would give away the whole surprise, stopping them both.

"Come on silly, let me help." Amy offered once more.

" no, Amy. It's fine. Um ... actually we got dessert. And it Alex's favorite type of cake." I say and started to pick up the plates we had used.

" oh well,I'll help you get it." Amy said while getting up.

" um. Actually here" I heard my wife said which I assumed she was handing back Alex to his mother.

I walked back with the cake and place it right in front of Estella and as I do so, she gets up and stands there, while I wrap an arm around her waist.

I observed as Eric's eyes went from the cake straight to Estella's baby bump. " Dude.." he came up and hugged me, but quickly pulled away.

" you're praking me " he said and on the corner of my eye I could see Amy jumping up and down with Alex.

And I hear my wife's voice." You're gonna through him." Followed by laughs.

" It's real." Amy says as she runs her hand over Estella's bump." Eric our friend is finally pregnant, you're going to be an uncle" she re assured Eric.

" duuudee" he exclaimed. " congratulations you guys..." he hugged me once more and then went up to Estella, while Alex and Amy were hugging her, making it an even bigger group hug.

"How long? Since when do you know?" Amy asked quickly after pulling away.

"We've known for almost four months.." My wife answered while wrapping her arms around my waist.

"You've kept this news for so long?!" Eric said while smaking my head.

"We wanted to be sure..." I notified them, to which they quickly understood.

Later that night I followed Eric out to his car and quickly notified him about my worries, without actually mentioning we were having two kids.

NOBODY

After everyone got settled down and ate, and said there hellos. They played some games.

And finally it was time.

As the happy couple opened a big black box, a balloon jumped out, startling Estella and then laughing as she saw it had form of a number two and the love birds smiles to one another, the guests were all confused as to why a two. Greyson pull out from his back pocket a sharp and long pointing needle. It was time to pop. Before leaning in, Lisa, Greyson's mother had let out a gasp. "There're having twins." were the words that fell out her mouth.

Everyone now caught to speed, Greyson and Estella embraced each others hands That held the needle and poked the number 2 shaped balloon, revealing it had two shades of pick.

Estella turned quickly around and kissed Greyson. " girls, we're having girls. " he managed to say before his friends dragged him away from his wife and dog piled him down congratulating him while reclaiming why he kept the twins a secret.

While on the girl side they gently hugged her and greeting the two little princesses she was gonna have.

Once Lisa came up to her, she embraced her daughter in law and whispered " I knew it and I knew you where the perfect girl for my Greyson, thank you for being with him and making him this excited." She told her as she pulled back and stared at her two sons hugging and pushing each other along with her oldest daughter.

" I'm the one who should be thanking you. You brought him into this world after all."

" oh honey..." Lisa said once again and gave her another quick hug.

" oh my god" Estella exclaimed, getting mostly everyone's attention. "Alex is walking!! Some one film this...!!" She say as she extends her arms and so does Eric.

As if on cue he takes two steps more and falls, along with an "oh, oh" coming out of his small mouth. Amy quickly picks him up and come towards me as Lisa takes little Alex from her arms and takes him with her to play with other kids.

" you sneaky bitch." Were the first thing Amy told her bestfriend as she hugged her. " How exciting is this?" She asked.

" Its sooo overwhelming. But I'm too excited "

" well after this crazy day is over, we'll need to catch up." She said and left her side as she saw Greyson making his way back to his wife, taking her by the hips and pulling her into a kiss.
