Lesson

"Jasmin…?" Gin muttered silently as he felt something bad would happen. He then turned around to face Luke and it only make the feeling intensify.

"What…?" Luke said as he shrugged his shoulders before continuing, "But first…I'm going to punish you."

'Hehe, scared huh? Where' your confidence earlier kid.' Luke mused inwardly as he could see Gin having a terrified expression with his eyes still glowing yellow, 'Yes, be more afraid of me.'

He laughs faintly while having a grin on his face, walking slowly towards Gin.

"P-please! What did I do to you?!" Gin shouted as he slowly steps back with both of his legs and hands shaking, "Jasmin just wanted to be me! She doesn't want you but me! You should look at the mirror old man!"

Hearing Gin's opinion about his relationship with Jasmin, Luke grew angry and shouted, "Shut up!"

Luke suddenly runs towards Gin and as soon as he closes the distance between him, Luke throws a blow into Gin, who didn't even dodge.

"Ahhh!" Gin exclaimed loudly as he touched his reddened cheek.

Luke just moves one step before he holds Gin's torso, slapping his cheek again and again. He continued to do it that it almost bleed just from slaps.

"Do you think Jasmin loves you?! You don't know what true love is!"

Pak!

"The first time our eyes met, it feels like we are meant to be each other!"

Pak!

"You… you stole her from me! And now… And now she sticks to you like glue! Just what have you done to her?!"

Bang!

After being kicked by Luke as he flung to the side of the wall, Gin never let go of his bow. Gin throws up a bunch of blood before he looks at Luke with a begging face.

"Please... Luke, I'm sorry..." Gin paused before continuing, "You know love is a complicated thing to understand! So, if you love someone, then love her! I think my Jasmin wants me and only me!"

Gin paused and look at Luke straight into his eyes, "So, you can't say no to true love, old man! Love prevails everything!"

Gin described everything which is supposed to help him but it was instead backfired, making Luke even angrier.

Breathing angrily, Luke brings out the dagger on his pocket before running towards Gin, who became even more terrified and tried to defend himself against Luke but it was all futile.

Slice!

Luke used the dagger to slice Gin's cheek, causing it to bleed. Gin touched his bleeding cheek and check it by using his hands to confirm it. After knowing it was bleeding, Gin became even more terrified.

"Ahhh! Please, Luke! I'm begging you! I'll do anything for you to calm down!" Gin begged, "Y-you can hurt me all you want just please... don't hurt Jasmin! She's just beautiful that I can't take my eyes off her!"

"You!" Luke angrily said as he put the knife on Gin's face, "Stop Jasmin this and Jasmin that! I'll really fucking kill you if you say a word about Jasmin again! She is mine and mine alone!"

Seeing the knife, Luke saw Gin move and ready himself if he will escape from his grasp but to his surprise, Gin was kowtowing in front of him.

Seeing what he had done, Luke felt guilt and will just take him to Fritz but his guilt quickly disappeared when he heard Gin speak something bullshit again.

"I will love Jasmin and forevermore! If I die this day then on next life, I will love her again!" Gin spoke as he looked up with tears following from his eyes, "Nothing can change that Luke! Just please, don't hurt her!"

All of the people watching would cry and pity Gin for his love towards Jasmin, which didn't work for Luke as it only made him really mad.

"I'll beat you to death, Gin!" Luke shouted as he look at Gin with killing intent.

Seeing his love was not working, Gin swiftly stand up and stepped far away back, getting his bow as he tried to defend against Luke, who wore a confident expression on his face right now.

"Stun!"

After Luke shouted his attribute, he could see Gin slowly standing in his position like a statue. Gin's eyes were still glowing but Luke was confident on his attribute that he was already under his control.

Looking at Gin's glowing eyes, Luke gets chills by just eyeing it but he assured himself once again and didn't know why his heart was beating faster.

Calming himself down, Luke moved his head at the side and smiled in the direction where Jasmin is lying down. He started to walk towards her while taking vicious things out loud about what will he do on Gin.

"Hmm... this guy is a little bit handsome so castrating him would be the right thing to do, right?" Luke thought before remembering the word, "Ah, a eunuch! What about your handsomeness when you can't pleasure women? Hahaha! Oh, how about I turn you into a bald guy? Taking his eyebrows is good too! Hahaha...!"

Unbeknownst to Luke, a man is slowly picking up an arrow on his quiver quietly and aiming his bow at Luke's leg, waiting for the right time to shoot it. He was careful on his aim for him to not accidentally shoot Jasmin.

Noticing that he could do it, the yellow-eyed man shoots the arrow and aim it onto Luke's leg perfectly.

Whoosh!

"Hahaha! Yes... then wh— eh?" Luke paused as he felt something pierce through on his lower body, moving his head there to confirm it. As soon as he do it, an arrow was penetrated into his legs which stings a bit but he was not worried about that now.

He lift his face up and slowly turned his body around. He was worried as the arrow was on his back, making him second thoughts about who it was.

But as Luke finally turned around, his eyes quivered when he saw Gin in an archer position with a smirk on his face.

It's more like a wicked smirk which made more Luke terrified.

And bit by bit, a bad feeling started to crawl on Luke's skin.

"Stun!"

Trying his attribute once more but this time, nothing happen. Luke continue to shout again and again but he was getting the same result. He felt he was powerless.

Gin didn't mind it and started to walk towards him at a slow pace.

'Why… why is it not working?!' Luke worriedly said inwardly as he saw Gin walking towards him but he quickly thought of one thing that would probably help him to avoid Gin.

Escape.

Even though he was injured, Luke knew he could still get off here. He started to run while assisting his right leg to move.

Tak!

But it was pointless.

Gin lets out a sigh on his mouth before he gets another arrow, shooting it at Luke's left leg.

"Ughh!" Luke let out a pain shriek, falling from the ground with his head forward.

Thud!

His forehead started to bleed but he still didn't give up. Seeing his legs were not working, he used his hands to crawl as far as possible.

"Hahaha!"

But Gin just laughs at him.

"What are you doing old man? Leaving the party so soon?" Gin said with an amused tone.

'I need to get out of here…' Luke said inwardly as he just let Gin's voice pass his one ear into another.

"I heard what you said, old man." Gin spoke in a cold tone, "Castrating me? That would be really bad for us men, right? And please... don't let me remember the thing of being bald. I felt shivers when I just thought about it."

'T-this kid… he is listening to me? how?!' Luke was confused inwardly but he still crawls his way out on the place.

Tak!

"Oy, stop crawling will you?" Gin spoke coldly as he walks in an unhurried manner, "I need to repay the beating I received from you. It fucking hurt so much you know, but I like it."

Gin paused as his smile gets wider, "This will be enough for Nash and others that I received some injuries from you guys. You know, like we have a fight or something. So maybe... I should thank you? Hahaha!"

This time, Luke had finally stopped but not when Gin ordered him to. He was thinking about the words that Gin had said to him right now.

'What does this bastard mean?! Does…' Luke paused as he let out a faint gasp in his mouth, 'Does this guy intentionally let me beat him up?! This... this crazy bastard! Just who is this guy...?!'

Suddenly, Luke could feel somebody pulling his hair which made him stop thinking of Gin, who slowly dragged him away from Jasmin.

Noticing that the distance between Jasmin is far enough, Gin let go of Luke's hair. After being freed by being pulled, Luke was now in a position where he could see Gin's whole physique.

Seeing Luke looking at him with an intense glare, Gin just let a chuckle on his mouth and said with a sneer, "Geez, old man, if you look at me like that... I'm going to blush you know? Hahaha!"

At that moment, the anger he felt was replaced by fear. His eyes started to quiver as he watch Gin, He thought, 'This... this psychotic bastard! H-he is just like... boss...'

Gin watches Luke with a smile, noticing his eyes were saying signs. He mused, "Hmm... the look on your face. If you're thinking that I'm the same as your boss, you're entirely wrong. I'm not like that bastard who just goes around and sacrifices people for nothing."

If only O was here, the god would laugh at Gin's statement.

"For a moment, that's a lie." Gin paused, "I sacrificed people for nothing if they're a useless piece of shit. Just like you, Luke. You're a shit."

Luke became even more scared and tried to bring out his danger, trying to cause Gin damage by slightly standing up.

Whoosh!

Unfazed, Gin slightly moves to the side to evade it before he kicks the dagger on his hand, kicking Luke's face after.

Thud!

Gin, who didn't have a look of pity on his face, pulled Luke's hair again and close his distance into it. As Gin holds his hair, he stared at him from eye to eye.

"Oy, You alive? Oh! I forgot you're a tenacious pervert, who would do anything to get hands of this beautiful lady." Gin joked, "So, you're going to die with just a kick, right? No, you can't die like that. The people that you killed in the village would be sad if that happen, don't you think?"

Gin let go of Luke's hair and brings him down on the ground. He kicks his face once more before bringing down his bow.

Tak!

Luke, who was battered all over his face, was quite shocked when Gin bring down his bow but the feeling of fear came back when he heard Gin crackling his knuckles.

Luke tried to defend himself by covering his face when he thought he would receive a punch coming from Gin but he was wrong, as Gin punch the join that connects his body, resulting him to let out a pain shriek.

"Ahhh!"

But it wasn't done yet as Gin punch it again and again until Luke could only feel a little.

"Oy oy. You are not trying to call monsters, do you? What would you do if you get eaten, that would be boring, isn't it? Suffer a little, please?" Gin said as he looked at Luke's other arm.

"Please…"

Not wasting any more time, Gin position himself at Luke's other arm and punched the same joint before Luke could even speak his wants.

A minute passed when Gin had enough of punching Luke's arm as he saw it now immovable. He asked, "Oy, can you feel a little bit of your arm, right? Nod if it is."

Luke nodded weakly as he tried to stay quiet as possible.

"I see…" Gin muttered in satisfaction before picking his bow up, aiming the arrow on Luke, who instantly make a move by moving his lips.

"Please! I-I will stop doing bad things, ok? I will turn into a new leaf. New leaf." Luke begged, "Just… just stop this, please!"

Gin tilts his head as he listens to Luke's begging before he trampled his arm, He said, "Old man, you don't understand your situation, don't you? For that, you'll receive a lesson from me. A lesson, you hear me? So, sit back and let me aim take an aim at your hands."

After nocking an arrow from his bow, Gin aimed it at Luke's palm before shooting it.

"Ahhhh!"

Unbothered by his scream, Gin nocks another arrow before shooting it at Luke's other hand.

Whoosh!

Luke let out muffled screams as he received the second arrow with tears falling from his eyes. He had to stay quiet as monsters might be just lurking from everywhere.

"Wow… You are like a tamed dog listening to its master. Good boy." Gin said while tapping the head of Luke.

He continued with a smile, "Are you ready?"

Luke began to breathe heavily. He was ready to take everything as staying alive was better than nothing. He closed his eyes as it was the only thing he could do and probably lessen the pain which Gin would do to him.

"So..."

But it's nothing like that...

"So, this is how you do a system contract." Gin said as he raised his one finger, "First of all, this contract is just easy to make but violating the contract would be bad. Even though I didn't know how what would happen if I violate a contract as if I would try it."

Gin paused, "To have a contract is very simple. Just say system contract—"

Gin continued to explain how the system contract works, how it wasn't good to violate it and many more. And he does it for only a minute.

Luke, who closes his eyes at the start, opened them again once more after Gin had finished talking about the contract.

It was their contract earlier that Gin would teach the contract to Luke. Now, Gin had done it.

Not a moment later, both the men could feel something inside them had become unrestrained, just like the feeling they felt when they kill the monster after this happen.

"Huh?" Luke said with disbelief, left confused about what Gin had done right now. He was damn confused.

"What?" Gin questioned as he shrugged his shoulders, "I just said that I will be teaching you a lesson, right? Here, a teach it to you."

Hearing him saying all of that made even more Luke confused, but it was also a ray of hope. He sees it as a chance.

"Then…"

Yet, that chance was fake.

"Wait."

Before Luke could even continue, Gin interjects.

"But did I say that we'll be only having one lesson though?" Gin joked before he formed a grin on his face, letting his bow at the ground while he slowly walk towards Luke's body.

"Please—"

Gin didn't wait for him to continue so he sits down on his abdomen, knuckling his hand in front of Luke.

He knuckled his hands once again before he began to punch Luke in the face repeatedly.

"This for your boss, bastard." Gin spoke as he punched Luke, creating a slightly loud noise.

Bang!

"This is for you and all of your acu=quintances killing innocent lives." Gin continued in a quiet voice but his blow was just loud.

Bang!

Gin continued to beat up Luke and knew that the chances of him fighting back were zero.

Luke could only shake his legs as he received the punches, feeling the intense pain every second.

Bang!

He couldn't even fight back as the arrows were penetrated on his hands and removing it was just not an option.

He had no escape.

The hunter already got his prey and only enjoyed its victory after his hunt was a success.

Bang!
