chapter 1

I woke up to the sun beaming down on my face. I shifted uncomfortably in bed not wanting to leave the warm blankets to close the blinds. The moment I do I know I'll won't be able to get comfortable again.

After a few minutes of the sun in my eyes. I fling the covers off of me, and sit up. I stretched some, and then got up to close the blinds.

After the blinds were closed. I looked at my bed one last time before I decided to just go to the kitchen to get something to eat.

I took a box of cereal and a gallon of milk, and started to pour them into a bowl. Not the best breakfast, but I'm to tired and lazy to make anything else.

As I ate I remembered today's date. it was August 9th 1991. Today I turned 11 years old. It was also the 6th year anniversary of me being in this world.

Yep, I was one of the reincarnated people. Got the full package too. Dead parents, I somehow lives alone, I inherited money from my dead parents, and I got a house in London that i live in. I don't have investments in anything though. I mean I tried, but it seems being only a kid limits you unlike what the fanfics tell you.

After I finished eating I washed the dishes, headed to my front door. I opened the door and checked outside for my news paper, but as I opened the door a owl flew past me. I hurried and turned around, and saw the owl perched on my couch with a letter sitting in front of it. I go over to the owl slowly and cautiously not knowing what to expect from it.When I got close enough I reached slowly for the letter, and grabbed it. One the front of the letter wrote.

To Mr. Kevin soul

" Strange" I said a loud. I don't remember owls delivering mail. I turn the letter over, and I almost dropped the letter. There was a symbol on the back of the letter. A symbol I would never forget

It was a symbol with a griffon, eagle, a snake and a badger. This was a letter from hogwarts! I couldn't believe it. I was in the Harry Potter universe thise whole time!

I stare at the letter for a few minutes in disbelief, before I open the letter.

Dear Mr soul,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment.

Term begins on 1 September. We await your owl by no later than 31 July.

HOGWARTS SCHOOL of WITCHCRAFT and WIZARDRY

UNIFORM

First-year students will require:

1. Three sets of plain work robes (black)

2. One plain pointed hat (black) for day wear

3. One pair of protective gloves (dragon hide or similar)

4. One winter cloak (black, with silver fastenings)

Please note that all pupil's clothes should carry name tags.
