Chapter 3

- Caesar, stop it! - Kali tried to fight off the huge dog, that striving to lick her face.

All she had to do was quickly pull up the muzzle and grab the leash. The dog seemed to be crazy, whimpering and spinning at the entrance. Kali jumped out the door, the dog tried to run down, but the woman pulled the leash in an attempt to close the door. Often, walking past one alley, she noticed a dog with puppies, sometimes stopping to feed them.

Time passed slowly, after some time a nurse came out of the office and called Kali. When the girl went inside, she stumbled upon the sympathetic look of the doctor.

Drinking coffee improved the condition of the girl, she felt not so sleepy. To some extent, it was strange that on ordinary days, when Kali woke up, she was fully alert, but on weekends she was so sleepy that she could barely drag her legs.

When Kali nevertheless left the house, spurred by Caesar, long black hair was piled in a ponytail, and aviator glasses were lowered over his eyes, a backpack was thrown over his back. The dog dragged Kali along the usual route towards the park. Having reached the part where dogs were usually walking, she unhooked Caesar and headed for the big tree, spreading its branches in different directions. Kali spread a plaid and, falling over under a tree, began to read a book. The dog ran around the park for some time and then joined the mistress, resting its head on her stomach. Alpha stroked the animal's head gently until it suddenly jumped and, jumping over it, rushed off somewhere. Kali did not even jerk, the dog was well raised and, most likely, noticed a squirrel. Only what happened next completely contradicted her expectations.

- AAA! Get the dog out! - Kali jumped from the plaid and saw her dog jumping around a woman with a child. The boy laughs and hands the dog ice cream, but the woman tries in every possible way to stop him.

Alpha went straight to the couple to drag the dog and apologize for his behaviour. Stepping closer, she realized that she knew both the child and the woman standing next to her. Tori also noticed the approach of a woman but did not look at her face, as she tried to pull her nephew away from the dog. The boy laughed even louder and more insistently held out a treat to the dog.

- Caesar, come to me! - the dog immediately reacted and abandoned his attempts to lick the ice cream.

When the dog finally returned to the owner, the omega examined Adam and, finding no damage, looked up at the woman. Her face was surprised, she stared disbelievingly at Kali. However, surprise quickly gave way to annoyance.
