"And cut!" a man yelled from across the room.
"Good job today, Hailey," he remarked as the woman standing amidst the corpses walked toward him.
"Thank you," Hailey politely responded with a smile. "Is it okay if I leave a bit early today?" Her lips formed a slight pout, "I have a doctor's appointment."
"Yes, of course," the bearded thirty-year-old blonde man in the director's chair immediately responded. He smiled adoringly at her, "I hope everything's okay."
Hailey gave him a gracious smile that disappeared as she turned away from him and started for her dressing room. 'I hope so too,' she thought with a slight frown.
She tore the unflattering, puffy peach dress stained terribly by fake blood from her body before undressing completely and entering the shower. Hailey closed her eyes with an exasperated sigh and allowed the warm water to rid her pale skin of the fake blood that stained it.
