Unbeatable Standards

"Darling, you're back!" Evelyn hurriedly ran and jumped on my lap, followed by her group members.

She was still wearing her pink idol uniform, indicating that they must have just finished her concert and come here right away.

"I just took a little vacation," I chuckled, planting a quick peck on each of their lips. 

No need to spill the beans about my adventure of being stuck for centuries in a black dimension, then zipping back to Earth centuries later, and spending another hundred years trying to crack the time travel code. 

It was so out of proportion and crazy that even I wouldn't buy it if I hadn't lived through it myself.

The important thing here was that I'm back, and to reward all those who choose to stay , I gathered them all in large hall. 

It was intriguing to know that the majority of my former puppets were no longer within my influence.
