Ranks and Grades

Everything in Desolate Frontier, like any other VR MMORPG, is ranked or divided into grades.

Most living beings are ranked, while the rest, including weapons and items, are divided into grades.

[Player Ranks]

The ranks of a player are based on the ranks of the adventurers (NPCs).

-> Rookie (Lv.1-10) (Multiplier - 10)

-> Bronze (Lv.11-50) (Multiplier - 100)

-> Silver (Lv.51-100) (Multiplier - 1,000)

-> Gold (Lv.101-150) (Multiplier - 10,000)

-> Platinum (Lv.151-200) (Multiplier - 100,000)

-> Diamond (Lv.201-250) (Multiplier - 500,000)

-> Crown (Lv.251-300) (Multiplier - 1,000,000)

-> Champion (Lv.301-400) (Multiplier - 5,000,000)

-> Legendary (Lv.401-500) (Multiplier - 10,000,000)

Here, the multiplier is the one used in the Exp required formula.

Professionals, such as Blacksmith, Alchemist and Potion Makers, also have the same ranks as Adventurers. The only difference is that instead of Rookie, they have Apprentice, which makes it necessary for players to learn from an NPC before they start their research on their craft. Additionally, the rank-up quests of Professionals are harder than Adventurers.

Adventurers must complete some specified quests to increase their ranks, while players not only need to complete those specified quests but also need a certain level and must pass through a rank ascension quest declared by the game system.

[Grades]

Most items, including equipment and talents, are divided into grades.

-> B (Extraordinary)

Monsters have the same rank as items.

-> Mob (F-D)

-> Elite (C-A)

-> Boss (S-SS)

Monsters are further divided into types based on location.

-> Field Monsters - Monsters that spawn in a grinding zone.

-> Dungeon Monsters - Monsters that spawn in a special dimension accessible only to players.

-> Labyrinth Monsters - Monsters that spawn in a huge labyrinth whose entrances are spread all over the world. Every city has a labyrinth entrance near it. These monsters have an evil trait, spawn faster and are a lot stronger than the above two types.
