Worried and confused Kaneki (1)

After finishing school activities all students of Mato High started going home. And when they got home some are either studying or lazing around.

But in the Higanbana residence.

Kaneki: Alright, now pour the scrambled egg mixture on the pan on low heat and slowly stir it while it's cooking.

Miku: got it.

Kaneki was teaching Miku how to cook scrambled eggs while preparing for their Karaoke party.

Miku: like this?

Miku showed her stirring motion on the scrambled eggs to Kaneki.

Kaneki: that's right! Now once it's cook out it on the plate.

Miku: okay.

After Miku finished cooking the scrambled eggs she put it on top of the plate with rice.

Kaneki: Sniff~ it smells good. I'll have a taste, may I?

Miku: yes please, I want to know your thoughts.

Kaneki: alright, Itadakimasu~

Kaneki split a chopsticks and took a small portion of the scrambled eggs and rice and tasted it.

Kaneki: mmmh!

Miku: so how is it?

Kaneki: it's great!

Miku: Sigh~ Thank goodness!

Kaneki raised his hand.

Miku realized what Kaneki is doing and she reached for his hand.

And the high-fived.

Kaneki: good job, you did well.

Miku: well I have a great teacher after all.

Miku: by the way, shouldn't we prepare for the Karaoke party? The girls will be here soon.

Kaneki: got it I'll activate the sound-proof feature of our home.

Kaneki then went to a control panel and activated the sound-proof feature.

Kaneki: good. By the way, After our party I'll be leaving.

Kaneki: once I leave, lock down the house alright? I'll probably go to school by the time I'm done.

Miku didn't understand what he meant.

Kaneki: I did say earlier at cooking class the curry rice will keep me up all night.

Miku: oh I get it. Alright then.

Kaneki: anyways, let's get changed out of our uniforms already.

Miku: okay!

Kaneki and Miku then went to their rooms and changed clothes.

A few minutes later*

After changing clothes and finishing preparations everyone who was invited arrived at the Higanbana residence.

Sachi: thanks for having us!

Shino: thanks Kaneki, Miku.

Natsuki: I hope we all have fun.

Yuuka: let's sing till we lose our voices!

Chikao: wow, your house hasn't changed much.

Kaneki: hey guys.

Miku: welcome everyone! Before we start our party let's have dinner first!

Natsuki: really? What's for dinner?

Miku: scrambled eggs! And I made them!

Everyone: really?!

Miku: yup! And Onii-chan taught me.

Kaneki made a proud face after Miku said that.

Miku: alright let's eat!

Everyone: let's go!

They all went to the kitchen and ate dinner, after eating dinner they immediately started their karaoke party and started singing songs, chatting and having fun.

They continued partying until they ran out of songs to sing and we're left eating snacks and talking but they were still having a good time.

Sachi: since I took some time off streaming many of my listeners think I started dating Kaneki.

Sachi: hey!

Kaneki: seriously? Your fans are making fan art of me?

Kaneki took the phone and looked through the fan-arts.

His face then became red as he kept looking at his fan art.

Kaneki: this is so embarrassing.

Sachi: well you became a fan favorite since I introduced you, some of my fans actually wants you to stream as well.

Kaneki: sigh~ I can't really do that. Anyways here.

Kaneki gave back Sachi's phone.

Kaneki: I'll be leaving now.

Natsuki: where are you going?

Kaneki: training. Also by the way, once you guys are done please clean up my house, and when you're going home please stay safe.

Everyone: got it!

Kaneki: good...

Kaneki took a look at Miku before heading to the door.

Kaneki: I'm off

And left.

Kiryu: alright, let's go to my pocket dimension, you better prepare yourself.
