Under the Siege, part 3

As the fight between team-two and Keisuke, the Iwa Jonin, about to begin, and Yuta activated the barrier around the mansion to protect their target while they will fight outside, a two more parties observing the scene from the shadows.

Koichi, who are still staying hidden and observing the fights was worried about his students, "How unfortunate to stumble upon a Jonin on your first B-rank mission, and a strong one too…" He mumbled to himself, preparing to act decisively and save his students, if necessary, at any moment.

The other party in the shadows is the three shinobi in white masks, which are still waiting for something, seems that they didn't intent on interfering with the current fight that about to happen.

'Damned, where is our supposed reinforcements?' Yuta thought one last time.

Keisuke, still having a stone layer covered his both hands from his last jutsu, and greatly angered expression on his face, finally made a move unable to wait any longer before killing the bastards that eliminated his whole team so suddenly and decisively.

He run straight to the team-two with a jump in the end, landing a hit in the middle of the group, while Yuta, Itachi and Hikari was barely dodge it, scattering away from it, Keisuke hit the ground with his stone layer-covered fist and make a crater of the diameter of 5 meters and a half meter deep, ground was shaken, the loud impact sounded and the strong gust of wind pushed everyone a little further away from the impact.

'He is fast, and with this strength a one hit and it's all over!' Yuta thought while formulating a plan, but the next moment, as the cloud of dust obstructed the view of Keisuke, Yuta sensed that his chakra signature sinks into the ground and started moving to the Hikari's direction with a fast speed.

The team scattered in the area, and they are currently 30 meters away from each other, Yuta warned the team, "He's underground, moving to Hikari!", but the moment he yelled that, he sensed that Keisuke changed his target and moving to him now instead.

'Damned, he heard that and now he wants to eliminate the sensor… And the genjutsu I cast on him with that shout also failed, he sensed my chakra entering his system and disrupted his chakra right away, is my genjutsu that ineffective against Jonins? Why I'm even bothering to mastering it then?' Yuta thought being dejected, because the genjutsu technique that he thought so high about, that was supposed to take over the chakra-sensing ability and prevent the chakra disruption way of self-releasing genjutsu was countered so easily, as Keisuke disrupted his chakra way before it was taken effect, purging the foreign chakra from his chakra system.

"He is coming for me now!" Yuta was able to warn his teammates and the next moment Keisuke jumped out of the ground right beside Yuta, punching him in the chest with great force.

But right before the Keisuke's punch landed, with a huge puff of smoke thousands of explosive tags appeared all around Yuta, who had a slight smile on his face, while Keisuke's expression changed into fear one with a tiny bit of respect for the shinobi kid that had such a determination to blow up himself with his enemy.

A huge explosion happened the next moment. Yuta, that is the real one and not the shadow clone that exploded in his stead after Yuta used Kawarimi jutsu to switch places with him at the last second, observed the aftermath of the explosion, while staying hidden with the help of invisibility seal.

When Yuta substituted himself with his hidden shadow clone nearby, the clone disabled his invisibility seal while Yuta activated his own, so the whole process of switching places happen unnoticed by anyone except Itachi, who observed the scene with his newly acquired one-tomoe sharingan.

Hikari also did not show any worries for Yuta, as she saw him using similar tactics with exploding shadow clones many times.

Explosion was quite big and the team went further away to avoid getting damage from it, Yuta sensed that the Keisuke's chakra signature isn't disappearing, it's just lost a little bit of strength, with that Yuta understands that Keisuke was able to use some defensive jutsu in time to defend himself from the explosion, as he was about to turn off his invisibility to warn his teammates, Yuta's last shadow clone become visible beside them instead, and said, "He is still alive, get ready!"

'Good thinking the other me, it's better if I stay hidden now, as I'm the slowest in my team and that guy is now targeting me…'

"Yes, I can see his chakra still in there" Itachi said while looking at the cloud dust after explosion.

'So, the sharingan can see through obstacles like byakugan? I didn't know that…'

"Huh, what a cockroach, survived even in that explosion in point blank?" Hikari said with a crazy grin, "That's good, then I can go all-out without worrying to kill him too quickly!"

"Let's lure him to the third sector." Itachi said seriously.

'We marked the territory by sectors before, and the third sector is where I set the chakra suppression seals trap, Itachi wants to use that on this guy? But I doubt it would work on him, but it should create an opening at the very least I suppose.'

The group of Itachi, Hikari, Yuta's shadow clone, and invisible Yuta starts running to go around the mansion, as the mentioned seal trap was on the opposite side of the mansion.

The explosion's aftereffects gradually subsided and there was a stone of human size in the center of the crater with a lot of cracks on it. The stone exploded from the inside and there was Keisuke standing inside of it almost unharmed by the explosion, just a little burns and scratches on his clothes. He did spend a significant amount of chakra to defend himself from the big explosion that happened so suddenly, but it was nothing much for Keisuke, as his chakra reserves are quite big to handle that.

As Keisuke looked around, he saw that the shinobi kids were running away, and he jumped in their direction in high speed to catch up with them.

Keisuke is quite surprised by the kids capabilities that they shown so far, especially Yuta, who used a shadow clone as an explosive trap and he is fuinjutsu specialist too, Keisuke didn't want to give this kid the time to grow up and become a threat for Iwagakure, Keisuke will do everything he have to end that kid's path here and now, all for the sake of Iwagakure, even if he have to die here as well as his subordinates, not that he actually believes that those three kids can kill him, he thinks that it won't be too hard to eliminate all three of them here.

Yuta's shadow clone noticed that Keisuke was catching up quickly, he turned around to try to stall him a little and threw a bunch of kunais with explosive tags attached.

Keisuke just ran through, blocking the kunais with his stone-covered hands and his whole skin suddenly became dark, and explosions didn't do any damage to him at all.

Seeing that Yuta's shadow clone charged at him directly to make a huge explosion once more, he flickered closer to Keisuke and unsealed thousands of explosive tags, just like the previous shadow clone did, but this time Keisuke was expecting something like that and he sank into the ground instantly, able to go deep enough in the matter of moments before the explosion happened, and Keisuke was deep enough to not take damage from it.

'Tsk, didn't hit. Well, at least he was slowed down a little.' Yuta thought while glancing back after the explosion.

Using the distraction while Keisuke didn't have any visuals on them, Yuta created two shadow clones again with 20% of his chakra reserves each, one of them went invisible and the other stayed as a decoy, while the real Yuta was also invisible. As the shadow clones return the unspent chakra on dispelling, with the whole fight this far, Yuta has 40% of his chakra reserves right now, and another 40% in his two shadow clones, so he spent only 20% total so far.

'I didn't want to show to anyone that my chakra reserves grown so much recently, and I'm still using the chakra concealment seal that masks my chakra so it looks as Chunin chakra reserves to everyone, but it seems that it's no one here, only us three and this Iwa Jonin, so I can go all out if needed…' Yuta thought unaware of multiple viewers around the mansion, observing the fight.

Keisuke comes out from the ground and runs at high speed after the team-two once more, he was able to catch up with them very quickly and it seems that the team-two won't be able to drag Keisuke to the trap easily.

Keisuke launched a barrage of punches with great speed and strength behind every one of them and Itachi and Hikari were forced to defend themselves against it, while Yuta's shadow clone that pretended to be the original, stayed behind looking for an opportunity to land an attack on Keisuke.

While Itachi and Hikari used their combined strength to barely defend themselves against Keisuke's relentless attacks, Yuta's shadow clone tried to use genjutsu against Keisuke, but it was ineffective, as Keisuke was able to sense it somehow every time and disrupt his chakra to instantly get rid of Yuta's shadow clone chakra. But it seems that it's not totally useless, as it distracts Keisuke a little and his barrage of punches becomes a little inconsistent, that gives Itachi and Hikari an edge to go from defensive to offensive.

Hikari was fighting with a crazy grin on her face, she swings her sword glowing with chakra, but it barely was able to leave some scratches on the Keisuke's hardened with some jutsu skin.

Itachi was constantly switching between close combat and mid-range, with his shurikens tied with ninja wires and he is using his fire release to flow flames through shurikens and wires but all of that was only slightly restricting Keisuke and didn't make a lot of damage to him.

The fight continues with Yuta, Itachi and Hikari fending off the Keisuke's attacks, making attempts to strike him whenever they can and slowly moving the entire fight in the direction of the seal trap that they intent to use against Keisuke to either subdue him with that or at least to create an opening for killing him.

[AN: I previously used terms like low- mid- high-Chunin level and so on, but some people mentioned in comments that they didn't like that. I have an idea to just use the canon terms like Chunin/Jonin and just mention the strength differences between shinobi in the same rank instead, I will be keeping the low-mid-high stuff in my mind and in my power ranks calculations, but in the text, I will only mention the general rank, like Chunin, Jonin etc. from now on. I would like to hear more opinions on this matter.
