Naruto: The Youthful Sage

"Allen got his ass isekai'd, and now he's in Narutovers as Rock Lee, a very YOUTHFUL shinobi. He knew that Lee would have only a low amount of chakra reserve, In a world where chakra is everything, he has no gold finger or system, but he's still trying to find his way out. He will not sit still. There are weapons to be used, traps to be set... above all else, he knows how to yell 'YOUTH.'" There won't be any Harem or romance, but he will still be a 'man of culture.' I refuse to abandon this novel because I am planning on running a fanfiction marathon after completing it. This is my first time writing fanfiction, so it will be slow and I will do my best to upload two chapters per week. Chapter .15 The Supreme Daimyo

The next few days were filled with meetings and discussions as Hiruzen worked tirelessly to gain the support of the other clans. He met with the Inuzuka and the Aburame, presenting his plan with the same determination and conviction as he had with the Hyuga and the Uchiha. His efforts were met with varying degrees of acceptance, but he remained steadfast in his resolve.

"Um, Onee-san, why have I been dragged to the Hokage's office for no apparent reason?" Lee asked Uzume, who simply smiled and replied, "I just wanted you to meet the clan heads, that's all." As Lee glanced around the room, he noticed Choza sitting beside Uzume, with Inoichi, Fugaku, Hiashi, Shibi Aburame, Tsume Inuzuka, Koharu Utatane, Homura Mitocado, and Danzo who, for some unknown reason, seemed grumpy and then frowned upon seeing Lee.

Fidgeting in Uzume's lap, Lee couldn't help but feel a little apprehensive in the presence of these prominent figures. "Hello, young Lee. It was who requested Uzume-san to bring you here for your 'fresh' and 'innovative' thinking," a wise voice called out. Lee turned to see Hiruzen sitting behind a towering stack of paperwork. "Oh, hello Gramps. I didn't realize you were hidden behind all this paperwork," Lee said, looking puzzled.

"Have you considered distributing the paperwork among the clan members or even creating divisions?" Lee suggested, trying to clarify.

"Divisions? How would that work?" Hiruzen asked, his eyes lighting up with interest.

"We could start by assigning tasks by rank and hiring trusted individuals to make decisions within their respective divisions," Lee elaborated.

"Division 1, for anything related to A-rank.

Division 2, for anything related to B-rank.

Division 3, for anything related to C or D-rank.

Finally, Division Hokage, for anything related to S-rank."

"That way, the workload would be more evenly distributed and each division can focus on their specific mission rank, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks," Lee continued.

Hiruzen nodded, considering the possibilities. "It's a bold idea, but it just might work. We could even implement a system of checks and balances to ensure that each division is held accountable for their actions."

Lee smiled, pleased with the progress of the conversation. "Exactly. And with the right individuals in place, we can build a stronger and more efficient system for managing the village's missions."

Hiruzen nodded, "Very well, Shikaku, let's start drafting up the plans for these divisions and see how we can make this work for the benefit of the village."

"You can simply set up their office at Mission Center according to their division."

Shikaku was happy to hear Lee cut down half of his work.

Once they were done talking Lee looked around, and everyone was staring at them. They didn't disturb them while they were talking, because Hokage was releasing an impressive amount of chakras the whole time, it was finally time for him to defeat his old enemy "the paperwork" and he didn't want anybody disturbing Lee.

Lee was completely oblivious to the chakra presser, as it wasn't aimed at him. He was sitting on Uzume's lap, leaning forward and engrossed in a conversation with the Hokage. As they spoke, Hiruzen aimed to assert his dominance, and he succeeded. The amount of chakra he emitted was impressive, and it made it clear that he was not to be underestimated. This served as a reminder that he was not just a gentle, older man; he was a formidable force known as "the professor." He who had mastered all of Konoha's ninjutsu. This newfound respect for him revealed that he hadn't grown weaker with age, but had grown stronger. Little did they know, it was all thanks to Lee.

Feeling the weight of everyone's stares, Lee leaned back and sought refuge behind Uzami's arm. 'I got carried away and spoke too much, completely forgetting the presence of council members and clan leaders,' he thought. They were all aware that the idea of clan unity had originated from him, which was why Hiruzen had called for the boy. Uzume's presence with Lee, under her care, did not go unnoticed – her godly beauty drew envious glances, especially as Lee sat on her lap, embracing her.

"HAHAHAHAHAHHA…..I told you, Shikaku, that the boy was ingenious," Choza laughed out loud. "That dish called 'pizza' we tried that evening at Ayame restaurant was also invented by him. We had all the ingredients, but the boy had created something so delicious out of it. I heard from his Uncle Isamu that he is going to cut a deal with the Akimichis to sell it at all our restaurants," Inoichi looked at the boy, remembering the mouth-watering dish they had tried together at the restaurant.

"Lee, what do you say? Want to sign a contract with a 60-40 split, with 60% going to you in front of all the council members?" Choza asked, his excitement evident in his voice.

"Are you sure about the deal? I'm fine with a 50-50 split as well, you know," Lee asked, seeking reassurance.

"You're certain? Going 50-50 is a significant amount of money," Choza inquired.

"Yes, it's the perfect arrangement for me. I value our friendship over profit, and we're practically family," Lee replied with a smile.

"If you have no issue with the deal, let's make it official then," Choza said, his happiness palpable at Lee's response.

Having had his fair share of deals, Choza took out a scroll and meticulously documented all the details about the profit and any future agreements. Lee carefully read the contract and signed it, and Choza followed suit. After it was presented to the Hokage for approval, Hiruzen quickly reviewed it and gave his stamp of approval without hesitation.

The true bombshell came when Uzume also gave her seal of approval, holding "The Golden Stomp," a rare artifact known to only a select few in the world, including the Hokages. All eyes were fixed on the golden stomp, as it exuded a powerful energy that left everyone present in awe. The others turned to Hokage for an explanation, but Hiruzen sought permission from Uzume to speak. Without waiting, Uzume revealed, "Ah, this means that I am Daimyo among all the Daimyo The Supreme Daimyo."
