*Sigh~* "So close yet so far.." Houzu commented as he looked at his daily task results. With these exercises his growth seemed to never cease.
The only down side was the unbearable pain of his muscles being ripped apart and repairing themselves over and over again after every session.
Every month he would receive these tasks. However the difficulty would increase and he doubted those tickets wouldn't be awarded every time...
Well... no pain.. no gain...

By his own estimations he was on par if not greater than a genin in terms of cursed energy. As for his chakra...
It was abismal...
Noticing his new name change from Namekaze to Uzumaki he realized that the elder council must have already changed it. If all of the disdainful glares from the villagers were anything to go by, the rumor the higher ups most likely spread told he was the holder of the nine tails.
And lo and behold, ever paper he saw read he was the cause of the fourth and his wife's death. A smear campaign obviously...
After all, they needed to put the hatred festering in the village on someone. Might as well put it on a child's shoulders. Not like he cared. Their views and opinions were irrelevant.
What truly puzzled him was why the villagers didn't recognize him as minato's son. The boy would have been popular among the masses. Was it the yamanaka? Did they have a jutsu to erase their recollection of him?
It seems to be the only possible explanation...
Besides, he rather liked the isolation. It gave him the privacy he needed to train to his hearts content without the need for unwanted attention.
The only downside was the shop owners overpricing his food and establishments refusing to allow him entry.
'Perhaps I'll burn down one of those ingrates buildings as a way to show my disapproval.' Isaac thought with a smile.
The teachers at the academy were no different. constantly attempting to sabotage his education. He had only joined the academy yesterday and they already decided he didn't belong there.
As Houzu made his way along the crowded halls of the school he did his best to find the correct class. He had already been given false instructions by the staff of this building twice today! Suddenly he felt someone prode him on the back with their finger.
"Um.. are you lost?" A voice spoke out behind him. Turning around he found a girl with make up reminiscent of the Inuzuka clan standing behind him.
"Yeah.. these instructions say I'm in class A but I can't find the darned room." The girl's eyes widened at his words and giggled while pointing to the room down the hall.
"It's over there silly. My name's Hana by the way! Guess we're going to be classmates from now on." Hana spoke while extending her hand to Houzu in a gesture of good will.
Shaking her hand he smiled and followed her lead. Just as the two made it past the door the once bustling classroom grew quite once they saw him enter. As he got closer those who were mere foot away got up and moved to other area's of the room.
'Tch! Of course the children are no different than the teachers.'
Making his way up the stairs passed the many desks he decided to take a seat at the far back to avoid interacting with anyone further.
"Is that the demon your mom told us about?"
"Hmph! He doesn't look so tough.."
"Even though my parents said he's a monster he looks kinda cute."
"Hey! Don't go near him! He might attack you!"
Houzu could do nothing but hear the necessant gossip from the children as they all waited for the teacher to start the class.
Hearing the door open once more the class was met with the sight of their sensei who was female with chest nut brown hair and hazel eyes that glistened with warmth and kindness.
However once her eyes laid upon Isaac they turned dark and hostile as if she were looking at an enemy. Turning her attention back on the others she returned to her kind visage and addressed the class.
"Good morning students!"
"Good morning Ayaki sensei~" the students spoke out as one as if this kind of activity was routine.
"Today we have a new student joining our class." Looking at Houzu her eyes told him she was going to make his life here a living hell.
"You there in the back. Can you please stand up and introduce yourself." She spoke with a warm demeanor that all the students were familiar with. To Houzu however it was obvious. She was a snake. He'd lived long enough to know these kinds of people.
Standing up he introduced himself as best he could. "My name is Houzu Uzumaki. I hope we can a get along." With that said he sat back down.
After his introduction the class seemed to relax to a small degree. From that morning onward the teacher went through role call as every student called out as she yelled out their name. Predictable she didn't call his out which annoyed him greatly.
'Biased bitch..'
Afterward she began the morning lessons discussing the village's history with the class and announced the activities they would conduct daily in order to prepare them for the life of a shinobi.
Soon he and the class were brought to the schools' training ground. Honestly it was just a dirt covered playground in Houzu's eyes. As the teacher called out names two students would get into a type of sparring circle and try to fight each other until one conceited.
By the time the afternoon sun began to set only two students were left.
"Houzu Uzumaki and Itachi Uchiha! Please step forward!" As Houzu made his way to the ring he saw the teachers smug expression and realized she purposefully paired him with the Uchiha prodigy.
'Tch! She wants me to crash and burn that badly eh? Alright bitch. I'll play along.' He thought while itachi stepped forward as well.
Both children starred into each others eyes and waited for the teacher to start the match.
"Ready....? Begin!"
The moment those words left her mouth itachi burst forward and jump kicked Isaac in the face.
*thwak!*
Like a statue Houzu didn't budge even as itachi continued to punch and kick every vulnerable part of his body.
'Did i over prepare for this?' He thought while barely feeling itachi's blows. Only for his adaption to kick in and heal him faster than itachi can move.
With a simple mental command he brought up itachi's stats.

'Jesus christ! No way I can afford to fight back! This kid is practically made of glass compared to me!' While he was distracted with his inner dialogue the rest of the students watched the match with astonishment.
"Wow! The demon is holding his own!"
"Come on itachi-kun! Beat that bastard!"
"Dude is barely even paying attention.."

~ Ayaki pov ~
'How is this damb demon putting up a fight!?' She thought while watching itachi throw blow after blow upon the brat without any sign of hurting it.
'No, he's not even fighting. He's not even paying attention to the fight.' She gritted her teeth at the blatant disrespect.
"Stop!" In response to her command itachi ceased his attacks and looked to the teacher with a confused gaze.
"Houzu, can you explain yourself!?" She demanded while the two children grew even more confused by her antics.
"What do you me-"
"Quiet! Why were you not fighting back? That is the point of this match." She yelled while glaring half heartedly at the red head.
"I saw no reason to. I also haven't been taught how to yet." Itachi's eyes widen at his words while ayaki just shook her head.
"That is irrelevant. I'm afraid due to your poor display I'll have to report this to the administration. It was foolish to let a inexperienced child into this class. The worse case scenario is you'll be removed from the shinobi program for an unspecified amount of time." On the inside she was smiling with contempt at the boy.
"Um... teacher?" A civilian boy asked her.
"Hm? Yes? What is it?" She asked.
"Most of us don't know the academy taijutsu either. Will we also have to go?" The little girl asked worriedly with tears in her eyes. Ayaki felt a pit form in her gut as she saw the other civilian children were on the brink of having panick attacks.
"U-uh.." she stammered but was unable to come up with another excuse.

After that whole debacle with her so called threat she was severely reprimanded by the higher ups for the countless calls from her students families.
Now? Now she just makes subtle attempts to make his experience at the academy difficult. Low grades, giving detention for the most littlest of things, giving more homework and not teaching him shit on how to use ninja tools.
Fortunately, the old man Hiruzen seemed to care in some capacity for my situation. Giving him the appropriate scrolls on kenjutsu, shuriken throwing techniques, taijutsu and even the three academicly mandated jutsus students needed to learn in order to graduate.
For now... Houzu currently wandered the streets of the village during one of his rarest moments of free time he had available.
Although he did have chakra it seemed cursed energy in this world was more potent and volatile. Considering he was the only one capable of utilizing it the over abundance of the energy in the air only seemed to give him ample amounts of it to the point he never seemed to run out.
Thus his chakra abilities were stagnate...
[Negative energy cultivation] - (passive)
[Description]: Due to the user being half curse spirit they unconsciously absorb the negative energy in the air. This method allows the host to increase their reserves overtime and remain constantly sustained.
