Next day Sasuke was again called in Hokage's office. Jiraya and Tsunade were waiting for him. Shizune was also present as well as Kakashi.

JIRAYA: "How is my little pervert disciple doing?"

Sasuke squint his eyes and looked at Jiraya, he didn't being called a pervert. Sasuke didn't say anything, he created a rasengan smaller than the size of tennis ball and threw it in the direction of Jiraya.

JIRAYA: "You think you can hit me with a rasengan?"

Before Jiraya would dodge the rasengan, it vanished. Everyone in the room thought that rasengan died before even reaching Jiraya.

JIRAYA: "It couldn't even reach...….aah….."

Before Jiraya could finish his sentence he was hit in the stomach, his feet left ground and he collided with the wall behind him.

KAKASHI: "What was that?!?!"

SASUKE: "After learning rasengan, I tried to further improve it. I tried mixing lightning nature chakra with rasengan and created vanishing rasengan. It is the best jutsu for sneak attack, it doesn't matter if you have Sharingan or Byakugan or Rinnegan, no one can see it coming."

Jiraya, Tsunade, Shizune and Kakashi were impressed, they looked at Sasuke with little admiration. It hasn't been long since Jiraya taught him rasengan (Sasuke officially learn it from Jiraya) and Sasuke is already improving this jutsu.

SASUKE: "I know what you all are thinking, and you are absolutely right. I am indeed an unparalleled genius born once in a millennium. No one can match my genius, even Hashirama senju and Madara Uchiha are nothing in front of me. If they were alive I would have made them my bitch."

Just like that all the admiration they felt vanished, Jiraya and Kakashi wanted to beat Sasuke up at this point. Tsunade stood up from her seat and went near Sasuke, she put her both hands below her breast making them look more ampler and lean a little as her face level with Sasuke's face. Sasuke's eyes went to her breast but this time he immediately tear it off from there and looked at her face. He involuntarily gulped as well as took a step back.

TSUNADE: "So, you would have made my grandfather your bitch?"

SASUKE: "S…so..sorry…I…..I….g..got ca..carried away.....I…I h..have….im…important ap..apointment…..I…h..have to l…leave…."

Sasuke tried running away but this time Tsunade caught him.

TSUNADE: "Fine…fine, I won't tease you, it was you who started it. Just stay, I have something important to discuss with you."

Sasuke calm down and look at Tsunade.

TSUNADE: "First of all, I would like to apologize for what happened to your clan and family. I am really sorry about the part that village elders play in it. I apologize as fifth Hokage representing the entire village."

SASUKE: "It is all right, you had nothing to do with that, people who I held responsible for that, died. Lets move on."

TSUNADE: "Thank you.

Secondly, Since the chunin exam finished not long ago, I decided to promote you. I can promote you to chunin but you are much stronger than any chunin so I want to directly promote you to Jonin. I know you are strong but I have no idea how strong you are."

SASUKE: "I am very strong, I have many trump cards hidden, let me show you the one I recently got. Since you are the new Hokage, this will be helpful to you."

As Sasuke said that, a crow with mangekyou sharingan as one of it's eyes sat on his shoulder. This was the eye of Shisui Sasuke got from Itachi.

KAKASHI: "That is the legendary mangekyou sharingan!"

SASUKE: "That is Shisui's eye, I got it from Itachi."

TSUNADE: "Sasuke, did you also awaken MS?"

Yesterday Jiraya told Tsunade that Sasuke might be as strong as them. It was hard for Tsunade to believe that a 12 year old has the strength to rival a Sanin but suddenly it hit her that Sasuke must have awakened MS, that explains how he managed to kill Danzo and destroyed Root's base.

SASUKE: "Yeah, I did (Sasuke's eyes change to sharingan first and then to MS)."

Jiraya was Sasuke's sensei so he trusted him enough to tell him, Tsunade and Kakashi can also be trusted. Now that Danzo and other elders are dead, he didn't need worry about them plotting against him. Besides he is strong enough to protect himself and his biggest trump card at the moment is Kurama, not his eyes.

JIRAYA: "That explains your Kage level strength, I am really surprised that you awaken it at such a young age."

SASUKE: "What is so surprising about it, Shisui awakened it before he reached 10 years age, Itachi awakened it at the age of 11 and Kakashi is not even an Uchiha but he still awakened it."

Everybody looked at Kakashi with curious gaze. Shisui and Itachi awakening MS at such young age was not as surprising as Kakashi a non-Uchiha, awakening MS.

KAKASHI: "I awakened mangekyou sharingan!!??"

SASUKE: "You did, you just don't have enough control over it or chakra to actually use it, but you have awakened MS."

KAKASHI: "How can you be so sure?"

SASUKE: "I know what a normal Sharingan and MS feels like. Yours doesn't feel like a normal three tomoe sharingan, it gives the same aura as Itachi's or my eyes."

Sasuke didn't feel any aura from Kakashi's eye, he just made that up. He already knew Kakashi awaken them when he saw Rin die. Kakashi has the idea that his sharingan can do more, it just that he never tried to actually use it to its full potential. Using the sharingan already put a lot of pressure on him, so he neither have the energy nor the motivation to actually explore it.

TSUNADE: "Sasuke, you did well in chunin exam, you helped sealing the one tailed beast and you killed a S-rank missing-nin. Your strength is at Kage level so promoting you to a jonin is not a problem only thing you lack is experience. How about joining the Anbu?"

SASUKE: "I don't think so. What if I join the Anbu and under their influence I become as useless as them!"

All four people in the room looked at Sasuke as well as Anbu who were hiding also looked in his direction.

TSUNADE: "You think Anbu are useless?"

SASUKE: "When Orochimaru attack third Hokage, these Anbu conveniently sit outside the barrier and watch the fight as an entertainment show and after third Hokage died, these useless suckers couldn't even touch the shadow of Orochimaru as he left.

(Sasuke looked in the direction of hiding Anbu and clapped sarcastically as he said) Good job protecting the Hokage.

If you don't call this being useless then I don't know what could fall in this category."

TSUNADE: "Orochimaru is very difficult opponent, they don't have the skill to deal with someone like him."

SASUKE: "They don't even have the skills to interfere with him, they couldn't do anything as he erected the barrier and they couldn't do anything as he left. They were barely an inconvenience for Orochimaru. They are just like Sakura, completely useless."

KAKASHI: "Hey! Sakura is member of your team."

SASUKE: "Exactly, that's how I know she is completely useless."

TSUNADE: "So you don't want to be an Anbu, then how about I promote you to tokubetsu Jonin and after you perform few A-class and S-class mission I will promote you to full-fledged Jonin."

SASUKE: "Do I get my own genin-team?"

JIRAYA: "Oh, you are interested in training other kids. Good, I heard from Kakashi that you are the one who trained Naruto and Sakura more than he did. If you are interested then we can let you become a Jonin sensei."

SASUKE: "No, I am not at all interested in training anyone, I want a genin team so that I can make them do all my work. I will make them shop groceries for me, do my laundry, cook for me as well as do all the chores of my house. If they complain then I will beat them up in the name of training. I will get three servants for free, what more a guy can ask. I even thought of the test I will take to pass them as genin. It will be cooking test, if they make satisfactory food then I will pass them."

Everyone again looked in Sasuke's direction with amazement. How can a guy be this shameless.

TSUNADE: "Shizune, make a list of ninja never to be allowed to become a 'Jonin sensei' and write 'Sasuke Uchiha' in bold letters on top of that list."

SASUKE: "Come on, I will teach them few jutsu, I will train them better than Kakashi train us. So how about it, let me get some serv…..sorry let me have a genin team."

TSUNADE: "Nope, I will never allow you to have a genin team, I will promote you to tokubetsu Jonin, that is all you gonna get."

SASUKE: "Fine, whatever I don't care.

Does it mean that I can do my missions alone now?"

TSUNADE: "You can but I am thinking of teaming you up with another Jonin for few mission so that you can learn and gain experience."

SASUKE: "Hmm....how about teaming me up with Anko Mitarashi."

TSUNADE: "Why do you want to team up with her?"

SASUKE: "Your pedophile teammate tried to put a curse mark on me during chunin exam, so I want to study about these curse marks to understand his real intentions and prepare counter measures to deal with it in future. I know Anko has the curse mark on her, so I want her in my team."

After some discussion, Tsunade allowed Sasuke to form team with Anko for missions. Shikamaru was promoted to chunin while Naruto and Rock Lee's name was considered but they weren't promoted. They were strong enough to be jonin but they lack experience and they don't have the leadership quality.
