Prologue: Sky Diving

Brian was not a man who thrived on danger or sought out thrilling adventures. In fact, he was known amongst his friends as a cautious and somewhat timid office worker.

He preferred the safety of his desk job over any kind of dangerous adventure. However, today was different his friends through relentless convincing made him join them and get out of his comfort zone—A parachute Jump.

At the sky diving center Brian stood at the open door of the plane, his heart pounding with a mix of anxiety and fear.

"Brian, you got this" Sam said with an excited grin. "Just remember to pull the parachute cord at the right time."

Brian's already trembling hands started sweating at the last part "I'm not sure, maybe I'm not cut out for this, I should just watch from the ground."

Anna, the avid thrill seeker and his crush, rolled her eyes at his timid tendencies, "Come on Brian, you cannot back out now, we've already paid for the jump. You'll be fine."

Despite the company's repeated reassurance and encouragement Brian's fear only grew. He was never to embrace risk the thought of jumping out of the plane was overwhelming.

Amidst his worries and urges to resist going down the plane, it took off.

He felt intense pressure, maybe due to repeated insurances. he felt like he had to follow through a determination was sprouting in his heart to not let fear control him.

As the plane reached higher Brian's anxiety reached its peak. He took in deep breaths, trying hard to steady his breathing. It was then the moment arrived the instructors signaled for the jump.

Brian hesitated, his thoughts filled with doubts and his mind racing a marathon, sweat trickled down his forehead.

"Brian you can do this" Sam shouted over the roar of the wind "It's now or never!"

Brian finally found the courage to step forward. He could feel the wind pushing him backward, but he pushed himself forward.

He froze as he reached the door, fear overwhelmed his mind. He no longer had any thoughts of jumping but at that moment he felt a hand holding his, turning his head he saw Anna with a face blooming like a chrysanthemum.

"Let's go," before he could react Anna jumped pulling him along.

"AAAAHHHHHHHHHHH" Brian's scream was louder than he ever thought possible, a sound from the depth of his fear. For a while all he could do was scream, every fiber of his being was reacting to the sudden fall.

But at the same time, a strange sense of exhilaration mixed with his fear. Anna's grip on his hand was firm. For the first time, he felt like he could do it.

"I LOVE YOU", Anna shouted with all her might and let loose of her grip. The next moment she moved her arms and dove down like a fish as if running away.

Sudden confession left him stunned; his mind struggled to process those words. Then a grin slowly formed over his face. A few moments later he saw a parachute opening below and swaying gracefully with the wind.

But as the realization hit him that he was still midair, the grin faded, replaced by a surge of panic.

"I can't die now. Not after this… not after she just…"

His mind raced, clinging to Anna's words. The thought of leaving this world, of never seeing her again, filled him with a desperation he had never felt before.

He quickly grabbed the parachute's cord, but his expression changed as it didn't work.

"NO… This can't be happening! I have to survive… for her."

Not letting panic take him, he tried the backup parachute and even that refused to open.

Fear and panic now overwhelmed his mind and his hands did not stop trying to pull it crazily again and again. The ground rushed towards him at terrifying speed, and in that moment Brian realized.

"I'm dead."

His heart sank, not just from fear of death, but from the cruel twist of fate that brought him to this moment.

"It's not fair… I just got the reason to live"

His mind screamed in protest, unwilling to accept it at all.

But as his life flashed before his eyes —moments of joy, sorrow, love, and regret, all blending into one final montage—a strange calm took over.

Perhaps, the death wasn't as scary as he thought. But leaving so much unsaid and undone, was unbearable.

Then, everything went black.

His consciousness wandered through the darkness for what felt like an eternity. The memories of Anna's confession clung to him refusing to let go. He couldn't die—not now, not after what she said.

Just as despair was about to consume him a light as if at the end of the tunnel appeared in his vision, reaching out instinctively he found himself in a white room.

A room with no corners, no sign of previous darkness, and no end in sight maybe the conjecture about it being one was an illusion.

"Welcome, Brian." Before he could analyze further an aged but ancient voice called him.

"Gh.. gh.. ghost?" looking at the ethereal figure Brian called out making the old man chuckle.

"Don't worry child, I am neither a ghost or a spirit. I am what humans call GOD" the being proclaims his identity.

"Really?" Brian is doubtful but decides to trust the entity anyway.

"Am I dead?"

GOD is startled to hear this question from Brian.

"Yes, child! You are dead."

"So, I really died?" Brian's expression turned solemn and he sulked in a corner.

GOD stared at Brian's soul with extreme pity and sighed to himself.

'Reaper picked the wrong soul again. Lately, he's making too many blunders. Looks like, I have to replace him.'

"Child don't lose hope." GOD consoles Brian, "you still have a chance."

"What really? Can really return back to life?" Brian felt ecstatic and stared at GOD with starry eyes.

"Although you cannot return to your previous life, there is still the next one."

"Why Anna just confessed to me I have to reciprocate her feelings and tell her I love her too" his eyes turned red he questioned the being in front.

"Child" GOD with an extremely kind face continues "Do not worry, for you have already blessed her with a life. It was her that was supposed to die not you. That is the reason you are getting this chance."

"Reaper got you by mistake, it was Anna's turn not yours."

"This does not make me feel any better," Brian sulks in the corner again. "But I can accept my death although reluctantly."

After thinking for a while he returns to the ever-patient deity.

"So, I can reincarnate?" Brian was still sad thinking about Anna when it hit him. "So, what kind of world will I reincarnate into?"

He stared curiously stared at GOD.

GOD ponders a bit then turns to Brian.

"Initially you would reincarnate on earth and live a successful next life with the amount of karma you have amassed in this life. But I will give you the choice of the world."

Hmm…

Brian thinks for a while as memories of various anime, cartoons, novels, comics, and stories cycle through his brain—especially Naruto. He had spent countless hours discussing every detail, analyzing every character, and dreaming about living in that world.

"Then I will choose Naruto World!" Brian said without any hesitation.

"Naruto World?"

GOD raises an eyebrow, not expecting such a choice from ever cowardly Brian.

"Are you sure?"

"YES," Brian shouts back as if he was a soldier in Scout's regime.

"Since you choose such a dangerous world, I can't allow you to die there again. Let's convert your karma into 3 wishes"

"Damn, are you sure you're not Aladin's Jin?" he feels a surge of excitement "Can I really wish for anything?"

"Yes," GOD answered.

"For my first wish, I want all of Kaguya's abilities known or unknown," Brian said after going through all characters and abilities and no one seemed as invincible as mother of chakra.

Even though her chakra control is trash, the sheer amount she has can easily overcome that weakness, and chakra control can be trained.

A/N: Just go along I don't know if it's actually true, but let's assume it is.

She is the perfect blank character to customize and train to be invincible. Not even Isshiki the best Otsutsuki till now has better hax, he's just a better fighter.

"Granted" GOD answered… surprised by the choice this was first among Naruto's world choosers.

What a cowardly choice, be invincible and have almost no difficulty.

"And what would you like as your 2nd wish?"

Brian went into thinking mode going over everything Naruto world has: Kekkei Genkai, Kekkei Tota, Tailed beasts, Jutsus, and the clans.

Wait clans… this has to be my 2nd wish, what to choose should I go with the Senju clan? Almost infinite chakra (I already have Kaguya level so never mind that), the Uchiha clan? But Byakugan would label me as an illegitimate child.

But also, can't choose Hyuga because of my third eye aka Rinne-Sharringan. Now this is hard cant choose the dead clans like Kaguya and Uzumaki otherwise Kaguya clan would have been the best choice.

What the hell, a normal civilian is no go can't explain my dojutsu… what a dilemma.

Wait I just remembered Kaguya mostly appeared with her 3rd eye closed… so she already has the ability to open or close it. It's closed at default and needs to be activated and can keep permanently active if she wanted it to.

Wait can't I let fate decide the birthplace? Let's choose something else.

Should I wish and turn that one speculation into reality the ability of Kaguya to learn any jutsu upon sight should I wish for it?

No, I would have Rinne-Sharingan it can already do that even if Kaguya can't do that Rinne-Sharingan can.

"For my 2nd Wish, I want you to grant me the ability to switch between dojutsu."

"Granted," GOD replied now waiting for his 3rd wish so he could send him away.

Now for the third wish… Kaguya was the mother of chakra and every damn affinity and I inherit everything so can learn any jutsu I want including Kekkei Genkai or Kekkei Tota.

So, 3rd wish has to be something Kaguya can't do or learn.

Now this is a dilemma he can't think of anything other than other dojutsu in the series but he would have 3 eyes already no need to make a 4th… he really loved Mangekyo, Rinnegan, Senrigan, Tenseigan and Kokugan.

Should I wish and change Byakugan with one of these? But watching the entire globe with Byakugan active feels better.

Wait, I have the perfect wish. I will be the strongest so I have to have something against with nonsensical abilities like possession. Let's have insurance against any future potential crazy Otsutsuki.

"For my 3rd wish, I want to have an anti-theft system in my body so no one can steal my body(body possession), dojustu, or any other body parts, if they manage to succeed I regrow them," Brian said with sudden inspiration.

"Granted, but as your karma isn't enough for getting the Powers of a god let me add a little restriction.

1:) Kekkei Mora will all be locked initially except for Byakugan.

2:) You have to unlock these powers (Kekkei Mora).

3:) Third eye aka Rinne-Sharringan would need you to reach Hashirama's level of chakra control.

4:) All others require special conditions you must explore yourself."

The GOD told each rule with a playful expression. feeling lazy to explain all conditions he added the 4th rule.

"Thank you," Brian said with reverence and satisfaction.

"Off you go", GOD gestured as if chasing a fly.

Light enveloped the entire room and Brian disappeared from the room.

"Is that... a baby?"

A stout man wearing metallic armguards squinted through the misty air. His eyes widened in disbelief as he took in the sight before him.

The peak of the Hidden Cloud Village, usually reserved for strategic meetings and solitary contemplation, now bore an unusual sight... a baby wrapped in a towel.
