Ch 35 : Tsunade, Get!!!

- One week later -

In the last week, Tsunade was continuously meeting Chisaki in the secret hiding place.

Over there, the relationship between the two had gotten so much closer, and they were now more like a brother and sister. Still, there was a barrier between them, and without a significant push, it seemed that it was still a bit hard to make Tsunade fully fall from her grace.

However, Tsunade today was a bit different than usual.

Just this morning, when she went to the Kazekage's office to negotiate about Konoha's shinobi, she found something that attracted her eyes.

' Secret report about the Senju extinction caused by Konoha'

A pretty bizarre topic, she could say. If it was the Tsunade before, she would definitely think this was just an enemy trap.

But Tsunade, who was now shaken by Dan's betrayal now was weaker than ever, and even something like this could shake her mind. Adding that to how the Kazekage's act like it was a super confidential document, Tsunade was even more convinced that this was not a secret trap or something like that.

Then, she took the secret document forcefully before fleeing from Suna, not aware that she had just played right into the enemy's palm.

Fleeing from Suna, Tsunade then quickly opened the report, where she was shocked by what was inside.

Inside was the statistic of Senju, their name, number, their cause of death, and how Konoha had an impact on their death.

One or two might just be a coincidence, but when this mich of people was stacked together, even Tsunade could not think of any argument to defend Konoha anymore.

Tears flowed down non-stop as she felt it was the most heartbreaking day on her heart.

All of her relatives, all of them were actually sent to death by none other than her own teacher and village, the Third Hokage and Konoha.

Some of the data here; in fact was made up by Chisaki and the Third Kazekage, but right now, Tsunade was not stable enough to think of that.

All she could feel was anger and great fury toward Konoha as she swore that one day she would get her revenge toward Konoha.

Tsunade, who had lost her everything, now felt very empty. She really didn't know where to go until she suddenly remembered that little kid that she met in the secret cave.

' Let's be family!'

The kid's words rang on her mind.

She didn't know whether it would be a trap, a ploy by Suna, or anything. All she cared about was there was still a people who cared about her directly from his heart, and it was enough.

She no longer cared about anything as she rushed in the direction of the secret cave, where she saw Chisaki was already waiting for her.

There, Chisaki was just about to greet her, but she, out of nowhere, just went and hugged Chisaki and won't let go.

" Chisaki, I'll be your family, so from now on, please never let me be alone!"

-Later that day-

After Tsunade finished crying on Chisaki's arm, Chisaki brought Tsunade back home.

Looking at her, it seemed that his effort in the past few days was not futile, and he could be said as successful in "taming" Tsunade.

Tsunade now looked at Chisaki full of dependence as she thought of him as her last family remaining in this world.

In her heart, she fully realized that this might not be the cure that she needed, but instead just doping to help her mask the reality that she didn't want to know.

Still, playing a full was sometimes better than knowing the truth and being pained because of it, and the same case indeed applies to the current Tsunade.

As long as someone didn't poke the big hole in her, she had now fully become Chisaki's.

Chisaki then brought Tsunade back to his house, where he would put the last push to Tsunade and tried to make her tied to Suna.

Opening the door was Konan, but her happy smile suddenly turned into a frown as she saw Tsunade was hugging Chisaki from behind.

" Chisaki, who is this? Why don't you tell me that we will have a guest today?"

Said Konan with a cold tone.

But then, something even worse happened.

Before Chisaki could explain things to Konan, he felt Tsunade's grip on him had tightened a lot, and it somehow pained him.

" Chisaki, who is this... You never said to me that you have other family members.."

" .... "

In the end, it took a while for Chisaki to eventually calm down the tense atmosphere between the two.

It took some effort, but since the two didn't have any other choice, they could only accept Chisaki's explanation for now.

He explained honestly to Tsunade that Konan was an orphan that his father had picked up during his travel, while to Konan, he said that Tsunade was someone with the same background as them, someone who had lost her family.

At first, the situation was pretty tense, but it didn't take that long for them to make up for each other.

Their same background obviously played a lot of help here, and soon Konan even began to call Tsunade Big Sis.

Of course, this didn't come just naturally. Chisaki, just like he planned, "accidentally" let out some facts that Konan was a Genius with Paper manipulation, and she might have some relation with the famous Senju Hashirama as both of them seemed to have powers that stemmed from trees.

While the two women were chatting happily, Chisaki sighed a relief.

Konan was very important to him, while Tsunade was an important thing in his plan. And if he could, he really didn't want the two to conflict with each other.

The more people he have on his side, the better it would be for him, especially when the Third world war was going to come soon.

' There's still a few years before the next Third world war, huh? Minato, Kakashi, Obito, it seemed that we would meet pretty soon...'
