Ch 26 : Third Kazekage's shock

Not long after, a batch of Suna ninja came to take a look at the situation.

The explosion that happened just now was just too big, and there's no way they wouldn't be alerted by it.

However, when they reached the location of the explosion, the group of Suna Ninja was surprised by what they saw.

Chisaki, Sasori, and a tied Dan Kato, and next to them was a pile of corpses of Konoha Ninjas.

" Chisaki.. Sasori.. what's happening here?' Asked Karura in shock.

" I don't know, when I arrived here, the ninjas here had already been dead. Isn't it right, Sasori?"

" Yeah..." Sasori said while looking away, afraid of looking at Chisaki's mind.

With that smile and demeanor, Sasori was now fully convinced to make any trouble with Chisaki.

Karura saw this and could only sigh.

These two guys.. just what are these two guys are up to?

Nonetheless, everything was going well to Suna's benefit, so she didn't question them any longer. She just instructed the other Suna ninja to bring the captured Dan Kato back to the base, while she would inform things to Kazekage later.

- A few hours later, Kazekage's office.-

The Third Kazekage was still busy handling matters about the war when suddenly his assistant came to bring a report.

" Kazekage-Sama! There is a news from Jonin Karura!"

" Hmm tell me!"

The Kazekage's assistant then brought a scroll that contained Karura's report.

It took a while for the Kazekage to read the whole report.

The whole report itself actually was not that long. However, the Kazekage read the report a few times so that he didn't miss any information.

Only five minutes later, the Third Kazekage placed down the scroll and took a deep breath.

Damn...

The report was just too much of a shock for him.

He issued the mission to show the harsh reality of the ninja world to both Chisaki and Sasori, but what is this? Destroying Konoha's base? Capturing elite Jonin alive and massacring the whole squad?

Just what kind of seven years old kid could do this?

Now the Third Kazekage really wanted to tear Chisaki's body open and check whether he was really seven years old.

Nonetheless, this also brought a happy result to Suna.

After a long period of losing the war and stagnant growth, Suna finally has a glimmer of hope to be the strongest among the five Ninja villages.

" Miss secretary. Please burn down this report for me and make sure that no one else can see this report. Also, you are prohibited from talking about this report until I give further command. Remember, this report is an S-Rank secret of Sunagakure. Oh, and by the way, send a message back that I agreed to Chisaki's request."

" Yes, Kazekage-sama!"

After that, the kazekage's assistant left the office, leaving only the Third Kazekage alone.

' *Sigh* that kid, he really makes all my plan into a mess. Now I must make a change to my plan, what a drag...'

Murmured the Third Kazekage, however, he couldn't hide the smile on his face.

This event was just a happy event for Suna, and he could not wait for the return of Chisaki and Sasori.

Back to Chisaki, he was still playing card games with Sasori and a few other Suna ninjas.

In these past years, Chisaki found that the level of entertainment in this world was pretty low, so while practicing, he decided to make some Trading Card games along the way.

At first, the TCG was only for personal consumption, but soon its popularity soared that almost half of the village played this game, increasing Chisaki's assets by a lot.

" Then, I use the pendulum summon to summon the odd-eye dragon. But that's not all, using pendulum I can...."

" Fuck, what the heck is a pendulum? The last booster set was only at Synchro, so how the heck could you do this bullshit summoning thing!"

" Hohoho, take it or leave it. Don't you know you are against the creator of the card itself?"

Yup, twenty minutes later, Chisaki was still in his combo.

Fortunately for Sasori, Karura stepped in and stopped the game, much to his relief.

Chisaki, on the other hand, was a bit annoyed as his OTK combo was interrupted.

" Kaarura-san, don't you think it's rude to intrude in our duel like this. I just almost done setting up my O-"

" *Sigh* Chisaki, the reply from the Third Kazekage has come, and he said that he had agreed to your request. So, do you still want to set up your combo anymore!"

Chisaki's expression changed when he heard those words. Yup, he was no longer annoyed and instead was very grateful that Karura came.

Now with his request being approved, the card game was no longer interesting, as Chisaki quickly packed up his deck and went for the thing that he had requested to the Third Kazekage.

Sasori: " Thank you, Karura-san, but that thing that could gain Chisaki's interest that much... Just what in the world is it?"

Karura: " Well, it is better if you don't know about it. After all, you are still a child."

" .... "
