Amidst the sorrowful clouds, a small figure kneels before the Kazekage's grave.

His name is Red Shirogane, the nephew of Shodai Retto, the Wind Shadow's most trusted confidant.

At the tender age of four, Red had spent every moment by Retto's side, forging a deep bond with his uncle. Now, in this final meeting, he shares his last words with the fallen leader.

Tears cascade down his cheeks like a torrent, a testament to the profound loss he feels. Red had known no parents, losing them on the day of his birth. Retto had been his sole guardian, his guiding light.

The last words Retto spoke to him before passing were a solemn charge—to ensure the prosperity of the Sand Village.

Red, overwhelmed by grief, rises from his spot and approaches Chiyo, Retto's wife and his own aunt, who had cared for him since infancy. With trembling hands, he takes hers and leads her to Retto's gravesite.

Standing before the mound of earth, Red speaks softly, his voice laden with sorrow. "Uncle, rest in peace in the Pure Land, and watch over us. I will carry on your legacy. I vow that within ten years, no soul in our village shall suffer from hunger. I will protect our home and our family, no matter the cost...."

With a heavy heart, he bids his beloved uncle farewell, promising to honor his memory and safeguard the village he held dear.
