Chapter 30 : Danzo Retreating??

"Uchiha Obito!"

Everyone in the organization was taken aback.

"The Fourth Hokage's disciple, Kakashi's former teammate, a member of the Uchiha clan, the one who wielded the Uchiha Madara's Gunbai! Your true identity is Uchiha Obito!" Nagato exclaimed.

Konan furrowed her brows. "After all this time, it turns out you're Uchiha Obito. You've hidden it well."

"Nagato, Konan, our goal remains the same: to achieve peace in the ninja world and create a better future. My identity isn't the most crucial matter," Obito replied.

"Yes," Nagato and Konan nodded in agreement.

"The true identity of Uchiha Obito is known. I need to answer now," Uchiha Itachi insisted.

"Wait a moment," Black Zetsu interjected. "Separate me and White Zetsu and name both of us."

"Understood," Uchiha Itachi replied.

"Can this guy, Uchiha Itachi, really answer? The question is simple, but once he does, Akatsuki will be exposed," Orochimaru pondered.

If it were him, he would answer without hesitation, regardless of the consequences to the Akatsuki. After all, personal interests came first.

It would be ideal if he held the answer card.

[Fourth Raikage: Uchiha Itachi, it's been a while. Answer quickly; let's not waste time.]

[Terumi Mei: Clearly, Uchiha Itachi is connected to this Akatsuki organization, perhaps even a member. His hesitation is understandable.]

[Terumi Mei: Hoshigaki Kisame, you traitor! You've been a member of Akatsuki.]

[Nagato: Hanzō, you dare speak!]

[Hanzō of the Salamander: Haha, I'm already dead, killed by you. Why should I fear you?]

[Tsunade: Nagato, you killed Hanzō of the Salamander?]

[Hanzō of the Salamander: Yes, he's dreadful. He possesses Rinnegan and controls six bodies, each with Kage-level strength. 

With their combined efforts, even a super-Kage-level powerhouse would fall unless they know his secret. One of those bodies was Yahiko, leader of the Akatsuki, whom I witnessed taking his own life under Nagato's control. 

So, the six bodies are controlled by Rinnegan, while the real Nagato hides, manipulating them to kill me.]

[Nagato: Yahiko died because of you; I wish I could kill you again.]

[Hanzō of the Salamander: It's your rapid growth that threatened my rule. Danzo was involved too. Why only me?]

[Danzo: Hanzō of the Salamander, what are you implying?]

[Hanzō of the Salamander: If not for your manipulation, I might not have taken any action against them, and I wouldn't have been killed. Who wouldn't drag others down when they're sinking?]

[Danzo: Hanzō of the Salamander, even in death, you seek to manipulate me!]

At this point, Danzo realized that he would be no match for Nagato. Furthermore, Nagato possessed Rinnegan, which surpassed the Sharingan and was the same as the eyes of the Sage of Six Paths.

[Nagato: Danzo, you played a role in this as well. I'll come for you.]

[Danzo: If you come, Konoha will be your graveyard.]

Danzo decided it was time to leave Konoha temporarily.
