Natsuhi seeing the smile on Ren's face, shivered slightly before nodding and going after the Hoshikage. She didn't dare imagine what would happen to her if she refused this request.

Only a few minutes passed and soon Ren could hear footsteps coming towards him, and when he turned his eyes to the left, he could see a Hoshikage walking at a fast pace towards him.

"Lord Ren, I have been informed that you would like to speak to me, sir."

Hoshikage spoke as he bowed slightly.

Despite the calm expression, Hoshikage's heart was beating non-stop.

Ren merely nodded as he coldly stared at the old man in front of him.

Beside the Hoshikage were Natsuhi as well as Hotarubi.

"Looks like the Hoshikage didn't have him killed."

Ren thought as he glanced at the quiet Hotarubi.

"But that's good too."

Thinking up to this point, the smile on his face widened startling the three people in front of him.

"Hoshikage... I previously thought you were a sincere person, but I didn't expect you to hide such a secret from my person."

Ren spoke these words with a smile on his face.

Hoshikage, hearing Ren's every word, shivered unconsciously. He was trying to remember when he had been insincere with Ren.

Ren commented as he waved his hand.

Soon, footsteps were heard forcing the three people below Ren to turn their faces to see who was coming.

Shock was what covered the faces of the three people.

This was because the person who was coming towards them was precisely Ren, or rather a clone of Ren. But what made them surprised was not that a clone of Ren was coming towards them, but what he was carrying in his arms.
