Chapter 61:- Bell-test

Sarada was the second one to come after Naruto. As she approached the training ground, she assumed that since it was so early in the morning, she must have come here first before anyone else. 

But she was surprised to see a bunch of Naruto in the training ground. 

'When did he even come here?' Sarada asked herself. 

'And what is he even doing?' Sarada curiously decided to observe what he was doing. 

There were around a few hundred Naruto in the training. Since it was still slightly foggy, she couldn't find the real Naruto, as the center of the training ground was covered in fog. 

Swoosh....!!

But suddenly a strong gust of wind cleared all the fog in the training ground. Sarada saw the real Naruto. He was half naked. His muscular upper body was exposed. He was wearing his headband and was surrounded by all of his clones. 

All the clones charged at Naruto from all directions. 

Bang.....!!

Bang.....!!

Bang.....!!!

Naruto took down a few of his clones easily. But as all of his clones approached him and attacked him from all sides, he was slightly overwhelmed since all of his clones matched his speed. 

'That's stupid. Who trains like this?' Sarada thought to herself. 

But soon she was proven wrong. 

One of the clones threw him in the air. While a few others jumped above him and tried to attack him. 

Chakra Stat Transmutation!

Before the attacks could land on him, the real Naruto suddenly became faster. He became way faster than his clones. He easily dodged the attacks of the clones that were above him. Without getting hit, he smoothly landed on the ground. 

Naruto slightly bends his knees while releasing air from his lungs. The next second, Sarada was stunned to see that Naruto had completely disappeared. It was as if he had completely disappeared from existence. She couldn't even sense his charka. 

'Where is he go?' 

The next second, one after another in rapid succession all of his clones began exploding in white smoke. 

Within a few seconds, the whole training ground was covered in white smoke. 

While Sarada's mind had frozen in shock and disbelief, Naruto suddenly appeared behind her. 

"Yo.....!!" He gently tapped on her right shoulder. 

"Ah.....!! Sarada was startled by this. 

"How did you...?" She looked at the training ground and then at Naruto who was behind her and wondered how did he appear behind her. It was almost as if he had teleported. 

"Did you master Lord 4th Hokage's teleportation technique?" This was the only logical explanation that Sarada could come up with. 

"Not yet.....!! This was something else. I will tell you another time." Without giving her a chance to ask any questions, he began wearing a black T-shirt. Seeing this Sarada quickly looked away. 

"So when did you come here?" Sarada asked while trying to not look at him. She was feeling nervous, embarrassed, and kind of excited. There was a deep hidden urge within her to take another peek at his naked upper body before she lost the chance. 

"Around 30 minutes ago, I guess. I am not sure since I wasn't counting the time." Naruto was very impressed with his special skill. This was the first time he had used Chakra Stat Transmutation. After using this skill, Naruto felt that this skill had limitless potential. Just at his base form, as long as he converts one of his stats into another stats, he would be strong as a Kage. 

'It looks like the Raikage is no longer the fastest Shinobi in the whole world now. That title belongs to me now.' Naruto thought in his mind. 

"Let's wait for others." Naruto and Sarada sat under a tree and stared at the river in front of them while waiting for the rest of their teammates. 

"Naruto, how are you this strong?" Sarada asked. She had seen a power that he had just shown. Even a hundred Sarada together won't be able to defeat him. She suddenly felt that the gap between them only had widened. This made her feel kind of bitter. It also gave her a strong motivation to work even harder so that she could close this widening gap between them. 

"I train hard." Naruto wasn't entirely lying. But if not for the bloodline purification, then he wouldn't have become this strong this quickly. Back in his other world, Naruto did train a lot. 

Sarada kind of became depressed. She thought that she was a genius but Naruto just gave her a reality check. That there are bigger mountains out there. There are people who are a lot more talented than she was. 

Naruto understood what she was thinking, seeing her face. In the last six months, Naruto has matured a lot while being with his mother and others. He has gotten a lot better at reading people. 

"Do not feel sad or depressed. Everyone is born different. I am ahead of you because I started training when I was just 10 or 11 years of age. If you had trained as long as I have then you would have achieved more than me." Naruto wasn't lying. He was being very honest here. 

Hearing this, Sarada felt a little bit better. 

As both of them spoke, Hanabi and Sakura also arrived. Both of them arrived at the same time. 

"Where is Kakashi-sensei?" Hanabi asked. 

"He hasn't arrived yet," Naruto replied. 

"Yesterday, I heard from a few acquaintances that Kakashi-sensei has a habit of always coming late. I hope this is not true." Sakura said. 

"If it's true, then Mom is going to punch him in the head again," Naruto added. 

"It's not good to say bad things behind my back." Everyone including Naruto was startled when Kakashi appeared out of nowhere and stood before them. Even Naruto wasn't able to sense him. 

'I guess I still have a long way to go.' Naruto thought in his mind. 

"Alright, everyone. Today I am going to test you all." Kakashi said as he took out three bells from his pocket. 

Seeing the bells, Naruto knew what Kakashi was going to say. "We will need to work together to get the bells from you, right?" Naruto excitedly asked. He was going to use this chance to test his powers against Kakashi. 

"No.....!!" Naruto became confused when he was handed these three bells. 

Kakashi then looked at Hanabi, Sakura, and Sarada. "You three will need to fight Naruto to get the bell from him. If you three manage to get a bell from Naruto, you will pass this test. And those of you who fail to get a bell will lose. And the loser will be sent back to the Academy." 

"But why?" Sakura protested. Hanabi nodded her head along. Even Sarada was frustrated. Naruto was this strong. Just how they were supposed to get the bells from him? And why will they be sent back to the Academy when it was clearly stated that they have graduated and have become Genin? 

"This is the rule. If you don't like it then you can leave." Kakashi replied back in a harsh cold tone. It was Kushina's idea to change the style of the test. Otherwise, Kakashi had planned to face all four of his students.

Kushina knew that her son would easily get the bells from Kakashi, so the purpose of the test could not be achieved. Instead, it was better to let Naruto fight against the three girls.

Hearing this, the three of them shut their mouths. 

"And Naruto, if you lose more than two bells, then you will also fail this test. Meaning you also will be sent back to the Academy." Kakashi seriously said. But Naruto did not believe in his words. 

'He just wants to see how well this squad could work together. Since I am clearly way stronger than them, I am being put against them. If I lose more than two bells, it would mean that I am not strong enough to hold my own.' Naruto thought to himself. 

Kakashi never stated that the girls would need to get one bell for each of them. Naruto hoped that the girls were sharp enough to understand his words. 

"This test will end at 12 in the afternoon. Good luck...!!" Saying that Kakashi disappeared. 

Kakashi sat on a tree branch and wondered how his students were going to perform. This whole squad was filled with talented individuals. 

Suddenly, Naruto was surrounded by the three girls. 

"Naruto-kun, why don't you give me one of the bells? You will still pass as long as you have two of the three bells." Sakura asked shamelessly. 

"Sakura-chan, even if I wanted to make this easier for you, I can't do this for you. This test will only benefit us." Naruto said with a smile. 

Meanwhile, Sarada did not waste any time talking with Naruto. She directly threw multiple shurikens at Naruto, which Naruto very easily dodged. 

Hanabi used this opportunity to pull Sakura and retreat into the bushes. Sarada tried to make a few moves to snatch the bells from Naruto, but she was unsuccessful.

'I can't win against him unless I get some help.' Sarada clearly remembered the speed and power Naruto had displayed in the morning. 

So she, too, retreated into the bushes.
