Chapter 50:- Special Chapter [XVIII] -

Kurenai had completely made up her mind to give herself to Naruto. As for what would happen after doing it with someone who is basically a stranger to her, she didn't know. That was for later. Now was an emergency time. 

She closed her eyes and waited for time to take the lead or kiss him or at least do something but none of that ever happened. Around 10 seconds later, she opened her eyes looking frustrated. But only to find him looking at her with a teasing smirk. 

"You're really into this aren't you?" 

"No, I am not...!!!" Kurenai's whole face flushed red in embarrassment. She wasn't a naughty girl or a pervert. If not for the drug, then she never would have done something like this before. 

"Hahaha!!!!! Of course...!!!!" Kurenai felt even more embarrassed when he laughed at her. She felt her cheeks heating up. Having no other choice, she glared at him angrily but that didn't seem to have any effect on him. 

"Here is the antidote." Naruto put a small white pill in her mouth. Kurenai decided to trust Naruto. Since he had saved her life, she knew that he wouldn't try to kill her or do anything to her. 

After eating the pill, Kurenai finally felt a little bit better. She knew that it was going to take some time for the pill to work. Kurenai felt her mind was getting a little bit clearer. 

As her mind got clearer, suddenly she had a sense of doubt in her mind. 

"Normally any man wouldn't let go of such an opportunity. Yet, you rejected me. Am I not charming, enough? Am I not a beautiful woman? Am I ugly?" Kurenai took pride in her beauty. But seeing that a handsome man like him was able to reject her even though she practically threw herself naked at him, made her question whether she was actually beautiful or not. 

"You are one of the most beautiful women that I have ever laid my eyes on." Naruto was being very sincere when he said this sentence.

"But.... I don't want to do it with another man's girlfriend. I am not that kind of man." From his previous world, even before everyone found out, Asuma dated Kurenai for years. It was just that neither of them made their relationship public and instead kept it hidden. 

If Kurenai wasn't taken then he would have done it with her. After all, how could he reject such a beautiful woman? After gaining the Incubus King skill, Naruto's lust has grown along with his powers. But that doesn't mean he had become a mindless sex demon.

He hadn't become a pervert who would forget the whole world just after seeing boobs. 

Kurenai quickly responded back. "I don't have a boyfriend." Kurenai didn't know why but she felt she had to quickly clear his doubts. 

"What?" Naruto was surprised. 

'Maybe in this world, Asuma and Kurenai haven't dated yet. Come to think of it, I haven't seen Asuma-sensei since I came to this world.' Naruto suddenly realized this fact. 

"I thought a beautiful and charming Kunoichi such as yourself would have a boyfriend if not a husband?" Naruto pretended to not know about Kurenai. 

Hearing Naruto calling her beautiful, Kurenai felt happy. Her lips slightly curved up. "I never had a boyfriend. Though I have been asked out by many men." Kurenai has been exceptionally beautiful since the Academy days. 

Even when she was 9, she was asked out by a few boys in her class. Kurenai wasn't the type who would fall for a man at first glance. From a very young age, she learned to control her emotions very well.

One of the things that she really hates is losing control of her emotions. And being a Genjutsu specialist required her to keep her emotions in check all the time. With an unstable mind and heart, her genjutsu isn't that effective. 

"I see." Naruto now knew that things were different in this world. "So are you going to continue being naked? It's not that I mind or anything but I don't think the timing is too good....." Naruto said while taking a good look at her body. He had to admit that she was really beautiful. Her body was smooth and slender. 

Hearing his words, she realized that she was completely naked at that moment. However, Kurenai did not lose control of her emotions like a shy schoolgirl and screamed out loud. But rather, a healthy blush took over. She quickly covered her boobs and her lower region with her hands. 

Cough...!!!!

Naruto did not turn around. Since he already had seen everything there was no use of turning around now. He calmly took out one of his long T-shirts and a black cloak from the storage scroll. 

"You can wear this. I will quickly take you back to the village." Naruto said while staring at the kunai that was still stabbed in her shoulder. Although the bleeding had stopped for now, he knew anytime he took out the Kunai, it was going to start bleeding again. So now needed treatment more than anything. 

Kurenai was grateful to Naruto. She accepted the clothes that he gave her. While she dressed, he put the remaining dead bodies into the storage scroll. 

"Get on my way. I will take you back to the village." Kurenai did not hesitate and followed his words. She knew that if she acted stubborn and rejected his words she was going to slow both of them down. This was an emergency situation. In her current state, she cannot keep up. 

Once she got on his back, he started running towards the village as fast as he could. For now, he was taking her back to the Crimson Leaf Village. 

Meanwhile, Kurenai who was already exhausted and very tired quickly fell asleep while resting her face on his shoulder.

Scene change______

When Kurenai opened her eyes, she saw the ceiling. 

"Where am I?" She quickly got her answer as she glanced around the room that she was in. She was currently wearing a hospital gown. There were bandages covered around her forehead and her shoulder. But she felt a lot better than before. 

She just felt a little bit hungry and lightheaded. 

"So I have returned to Konoha. How long I have been sleeping?" Kurenai asked herself. 

She was completely alone. 

Kurenai glanced outside of the room through the window that was next to her bed. She could see the Hokage stone mountain and the rest of the village from her. 

'That man...I didn't even ask him his name.' Kurenai felt regret not asking his name before they parted ways. 

'I wonder where he is and what he is currently doing?' Kurenai asked herself.

Hearing that Kurenai had woken up, the Hokage personally came to visit her along with her father. 

"Kurenai, how are you feeling?" Hiruzen asked.

"I am feeling much better." Kurenai was glad that she wasn't dead. She couldn't imagine what her old man would have gone through hearing the news of her death. 

"How is my team, Lord 3rd?" 

"Thanks to you, everyone made it back to the village."

"I see." Hearing Hiruzen's words, Kurenai felt really relieved. Her sacrifice was worth it. 

"Kurenai, you should take half a month off and focus on recovering. In the upcoming months, once this year's Ninja Academy students graduate, I am planning on letting you train a Genin team. What do you think?" Hiruzen asked. 

"Of course, I would love to do that." It was Kurenai's dream to train her Genin team. Hearing Hiruzen's offer, she was happy. 

"The rank of your Mission has been upgraded to S rank. I already have given your S rank mission reward to your father. I hope you recover well. These days the village is a little bit tight on Jonin rank shinobi." Soon Hiruzen took his leave. 

"Dad, who brought me here?" Kurenai asked. She hoped that her dad had met the handsome man who saved her. 

"It was Lady Kushina." Shinku Yuhi replied with a smile. 

"I see." 

"Kurenai, my daughter, I think it's about time that you finally take things slowly." Kurenai nodded her head and closed her eyes. Her father was right. 

And soon a week quickly passed. 

The boys and the girls had a ton of fun. Since Kushina had to return to the village earlier because of Kurenai, she did not go back. She instead used this time to catch up with some of her old friends. 

Naruto and others returned from the Crimson Leaf Village a lot of souvenirs for their friends, family members, classmates, and even their favorite teachers. 

As another weekend passed, the whole village was beautifully decorated for the Rinne Festival. The whole village was really excited. During the time of this festival, everyone including the Shinobi and the Hokage took leave to spend time with their families. 

The Rinne Festival is a winter holiday celebrated in Konoha and other parts of the world. The festival originally began as a time for praying for the deceased, the Rinne Festival has since evolved into a holiday where friends and loved ones exchange gifts.
