For the next two weeks, Naruto experimented with dispersing Chakra into two individual Energies, and as expected, when he solved one problem, another one appeared!
But let's first determine the number of units of Energy and Chakra that Naruto currently has. Physical Energy he has 5.6 units, and Spiritual Energy, up to 370 units, which is again a big jump. The amount of Chakra recently broke through the 600-unit barrier which is also a sizable result, but he slowly feels that he is approaching the overall limit of his crippled body!
Returning to the problem that has occurred. Suppose Naruto dissipates those 600 units of Chakra he currently possesses, it will result in as much as 600 units of Physical Energy going to his cells, and another 600 units of Spiritual Energy going to his heart, brain and Soul as well!
This is definitely not calculated! It is too dangerous for his body! Even if half of those 600 units of Physical Energy went to the cells in his body, it would cause them to expand to their limits for lack of space, and Naruto dreads to think what that would cause! It's the same with Spiritual Energy!
However, he came up with a solution to this here, very slow and not very effective overall, but worth introducing. As with the Chakra, he can try to "squeeze" the Physical Energy in the cells, giving some space, to fill them to the brim in the next moment, with the Physical Energy separated from the Chakra! This will cause the cells in his body to adapt to the new amount of Physical Energy and become stronger. Through which, in some time, he will again be able to "squeeze" the Physical Energy in them and pour in another amount of it from the separated Chakra.
However, the problem arises, how to "squeeze" the Spiritual Energy in the heart, brain or Soul? Is this even feasible? After all, as he separates 1 unit of Chakra, one unit each of both Energies will be created. So even if he does it with Physical Energy, what about Spiritual Energy? Should he really "squeeze" the Spiritual Energy in the Heart, which is too delicate and can be damaged by even a slight movement, or perhaps in the Brain, which is as mysterious and unknown as the oceans around the Elemental Nation? Or in the Soul, which Naruto can't even sense? He prefers not to expose himself to such risks that don't yield the right results.
Of course, he can disperse small amounts of Spiritual Energy units into those places and they would slowly adapt to the new amount, but that would be dozens of times slower than "squeezing" Physical Energy into cells.
Besides, he currently has too much Chakra because, as much as a little over 600 units, and Itachi's illusion is about to disappear tomorrow, even now it is already very weak and could collapse at any moment! Because of which he won't have time to disperse Chakra fast enough. Even if he had started to do it already these two weeks ago, where he had already learned how to fundamentally separate Chakra into two individual Energies, there would definitely not be enough time!
Plus, how is he supposed to suddenly explain to Tsunade such huge amounts of these two Energies in the body? Already his progress is too much according to Tsunade and could endanger his life, let alone if such a huge amount of these two Energies suddenly appeared!

Children from the big Clans without much talent have around 200 units of it, the more talented ones can have up to 300 units, and all this without training, naturally! That's crazy according to Naruto. After graduating from the Academy, students have between 300 and 500 units of Chakra. And Genin'i have about 600 units, which is what he currently has.
Well, as if you don't look at it, his progress is pretty fast anyway, as he managed to achieve this in just six months! However, he felt it was too slow. At the beginning of his adventure with Chakra, he might have been satisfied, but now he only feels a constant dissatisfaction, maybe because he is slowly reaching his upper limit of what this body can achieve! He wasn't sure where his dissatisfaction was coming from.
Keeping his promise to his Ka-chan, they went to the Uchiha family for dinner several times over the past few months, where the two women were able to gossip, and Naruto talked to Itachi during that time. You could say that such a bond of familiarity has formed between them, even though they don't see each other that often. Their next meeting wouldn't be a problem either, but Naruto wondered if it was even worth putting another illusion on him?
He did this at first for one main reason. If only someone found out that he had unlocked his Tenketsu, he would certainly hold back Naruto's development, and so he could train in secret and grow slowly in strength during this time.
But now he could prove to everyone that he was fine, despite having Chakra, and would have no further problem getting stronger. Come to think of it, it would probably continue to be a slight problem in the beginning, through his parents' unaccustomedness to it.
Revealing his secret to them would allow him to develop further and unlock several new paths of opportunity.
He pondered this, for a long while, and decided that it would be better for him to reveal his secret to everyone. After all, he was slowly running out of options for further development and needed to find new opportunities that pushed his upper limit of what he could achieve, a little further.
As the whole family ate dinner at the table in the evening, Naruto thought about how to tell them. He unconsciously sighed while eating, for the umpteenth time in a row, which did not go unnoticed by both of his parents.
As he emptied his plate, Minato asked him - Something wrong, Naru-chan? You seem in a bad mood, something is bothering you?
Hearing this, Menma and Himiko looked at their older brother in worry.
- Hmm... No, I mean... - Naruto clucked his tongue in annoyance at himself. He wasn't sure how his parents would take it and felt a slight uneasiness - Actually, I'd like to tell you something.... - he finally decided that he would do it in the simplest way possible.
That is, he dissipated the illusion Itachi had put on him. It was on the verge of disappearing, so it wasn't difficult, and he also understood to some degree how it worked over those six months, so he did it without a problem.

This period was more fruitful for Naruto than he thought, and a bit chaotic at the same time. After he told his parents, and on occasion his siblings, about how he unlocked his Tenketsu and how he gained Chakra, everyone was stunned. He revealed to them all his training and how Chakra had positively affected his health. Many times he had to reassure his parents that everything he did was under control and not at all dangerous.
They talked late into the night, and Himiko, in the middle of Naruto's story, fell asleep with her head leaning against the table. She was still small, and despite her vast reserves of Chakra and her energetic behavior, she continued to want to sleep at this late hour.
Then, for the next two weeks, Tsunade did a lot of research on Naruto every day, and then they analyzed it together. For most of them, it was actually Naruto who asked to find out a few things he couldn't understand about his body.
One of those things, was a detailed analysis of the Physical Energy in his body. Why is it so scarce and why is it so weak?
The result was very depressing, the analysis from this angle also developed a problem with his difficult production of muscle fibers in his body.
As is well known, his brain considers the crippled state of Naruto's body as "healthy" and appropriate, through the mutation he underwent due to Kyuubi Chakra attacks. The mutation passed in an inappropriate way, and now the brain thinks that this state of the body is appropriate and blocks all attempts at healing. It doesn't allow the body to adapt and grow because the current state is "perfect" or "ideal," making the brain feel no need for the body to strengthen itself in any way or at any level.
He believes that Physical Energy is in the right amounts in the cells of his body and no more is needed, he blocks its production and weakens the Energy so that it doesn't accidentally get stronger. The only reason why Naruto was able to increase its amount is because of the Chakra gap.
Naruto's body has always had a damaged Chakra Circulation System and thus the body did not become dependent on Chakra. Chakra did not attach itself to Life Energy and was not connected to it when the Chakra Circulatory System developed, making the brain not know what it is. It is something unidentified to it and it can't defend against it, that's why when Naruto used it for the last year, he was able to develop so much. The brain perceives it as an attack, instead of a cure or an attempt to stabilize his health, and considers the damage irreversible. And in fact such they are, because the brain as such, is unable to reduce the amount of Chakra or Physical Energy in the body.
Naruto's body is the complete opposite.... He perceives the deterioration of health and illness as something healthy and natural, and the attempt to cure it as an attack.
Research has also confirmed that Chakra has no negative effect on Naruto's health. Even if it were missing, he would not die.
The reason is simple, the Chakra Circulatory System at human birth is very underdeveloped. By the age of four it innervates in every corner of the body, and by the age of six it is strengthening. This is the period of its development and the Chakra Circulatory System then needs the most nutrients, which it naturally takes from the body. In return, it continually produces Chakra, mixing Physical and Spiritual Energy with each other. This is such an exchange with each other, which makes the body very dependent on Chakra during this period, due to the lack of other values that Chakra then replaces. It then connects to the Life Energy and together they cooperate with each other, and this is why when the Chakra is missing, a person can suffer huge consequences.
In every healthy person, from birth, despite an underdeveloped Chakra Circulatory System, it produces Chakra. The body, of itself, unconsciously mixes the two Energies together to produce small amounts of Chakra. However, this process didn't work in Naruto's case, due to a broken Chakra Circulation System, he was able to do it, but there was no reason for it, because how would he use this Chakra later? So he didn't make the body dependent on Chakra and it is not connected to Naruto's Life Energy.
The body's addiction to Chakra itself was also an interesting topic. It was most addictive during the first six years of a child's life, but later it also did, but definitely on a smaller scale. But fortunately, not so much as to connect with the Life Energy.
Naruto had to convince Tsunade for a long time to let him confirm with his own eyes whether he could definitely survive with zero Chakra. It was hard to convince her to do this experiment, but in the end she agreed, she saw the determination in Naruto's eyes and preferred that he do it in front of her than if he were to do it somewhere hidden, alone and without her help if needed.
Tsunade then helped him to disperse all his Chakra capacity, as he would not have been able to do it so quickly on his own, and confirmed what he wanted. He was able to live without Chakra for many days and had no negative consequences in the form of coma or death.
Well, he may not have had those consequences, but his health deteriorated slightly without Chakra in just a week. This was already indicative of how his body had become very dependent on it.
The Chakra may not have been directly connected to his Life Energy, but it influenced it very well and sensationally improved his health. And without it, his health may have deteriorated in the long run.
