Logan approached the stalagmite and reached out to touch the Miracle Construction, trying to resonate with it. It was a sensation unique to those with Talents, akin to hearing and sight, where he could feel the pulsing inside the Miracle Construction, and even hear its "language".
According to the description in the book Origins of Miracle Constructions, these "languages" were varied. Standing amongst a multitude of Miracle Constructions was like being in a dense forest with incessant chirping of insects and birds. However, only the language of a First-Rank Miracle Construction could be understood. Or rather, it would use a comprehensible "language" to communicate with the listener.
