Nate had lost his brother and mother after a brutal fight between his mother and his father. Nate's father killed both Nate's brother and mother, luckily for him, he was able to flee the scene in time before his mother and brother's feat would be extended to himself. Because he was afraid of going to jail for what he did, Nate's father jumped down from a building killing himself. After all, this happened, Nate was left in the world all alone. But soon, Nate found something in him that could keep him moving. And that is playing "Virtual Reality Games". Nate became so talented in playing VR games that he was nicknamed the Game Lord. But Nate had bought the wrong game this time around. Read and see how Nate was transmigrated into another dimension with Earth. This Earth was the same thing as the one he came from. But things are yet to get messy for Nate because in this dimension also, it happened that his father was still alive and he killed his mother and brother again and the worse was that his two school bullies, had transmigrated with him. Of all these problems, the highest one is that Nate all thought it was a game. ******* I would love to see your support as we journey together through the story and also I am planning to build up a fan base starting with Discord: link is below. https://discord.gg/gMXt7Uzu For my Ig https://instagram.com/jeffweikeson?igshid=OGY3MTU3OGY1Mw==  Thank you!!!

Mana & Qi.

To be honest, Leo was expecting Nate to ask this particular question. Would won't when so far all Nate has been hearing was that the game card was launched into space, not like his original earth was just out of the current earth he is now if not such a thing would have been heard by not just only the people on this earth but also the people on the other side.

"That is a brilliant question from you but too bad I can't answer that," Leo answered making Nate frown on his face.

"What mission do I have to complete for you to spite out the information?" Nate demanded. According to Leo, if nate needs an answer to any questions, he would have to go through a quest before getting his answer.

"It's not a matter of a quest but if you are really desperate to know that, then you have to get stronger, by getting stronger, that's the only way you might even figure it out yourself without my help," Leo answered but Nate wasn't done yet.

"How strong do I have to get?" he asked.

"I don't know but when you are strong enough, I will tell you that is if you haven't figured it out yourself," Leo lamented and could see the disappointment on Nate's face.

It wasn't easy for Nate though, at least he was expecting Leo to give out information on how strong he has to become before he would be told how the game card was sent to his world.

"I know you might be disappointed but trust me, it's better off if you don't know about how the card arrived in your world because it will raise more questions, questions that even I can provide the answers to," Leo said but see that Nate seems to not be getting him.

"Fine, I will grant you two bonus answers as long as the information isn't that deep," Leo declared and for once again, Nate face lit up as he started to think about questions that he must have been looking for answers to and that was when one appeared in his mind.

"The superpowers that some superhumans use to feed on some strange energy, can you explain what this energy is?" Nate asked.

Nate has seen superhumans use their power to fight and in the middle of the fight they seem to run out of supply of some strange energy that boosts their power, therefore at that moment, they won't be able to make use of their power.

"To explain this, I will have to list the name of energy that helps superhumans to use their power,"

"One is called Mana and the other is called qi,"

"Mana energy is an energy that has long excited in the earth but was too weak, however, after the meteorite stones clashed with earth, they all became rich to the extent that it has made some people that were unable to wield it will go crazy and that how we got the zombie of today,"

"Wait, this mana energy is the reason zombies were created?" Nate was shocked and couldn't believe that he nearly missed such information, at this point he felt like the answer might be too deep for him to get as a bonus.

"Not really though, but they have contributed to spreading the virus, the zombie virus initially came from the meteorite, as for what colour type has the virus, I have no idea since it was kind of hard finding them," Leo explained.

"Then what about the qi stuff?" Nate asked.

"Yeah, less I forgot. Just like Mana, qi is something that has existed since mankind beings, it's our life force, if one qi was to be drained out, they will instantly die or even become paralyzed,"

"Unlike many whose existence was nearly unknown, qi was known way before the apocalypse started, however, although it's known, not all train it, in fact, it requires devotion from someone to be able to learn it and because of this, majority of humans don't care of learning it,"

"The thing is that, although humans might be the people that discovered this energy, however, qi is a life force which means that not just only humans can wield it, animals in fact has more qi in them than humans,"

"So, what type of human requires qi for a superpower?" Nate asked.

"Normal superhuman requires mana to power their superpower such as those with elements ability, manipulation ability and so on while superhuman requires qi to power their beast form," Leo answered.

Meanwhile, Nate was now understanding how it works but his face frowned."Wait, if altered humans required qi to power their form what if in the process they run out of qi, wouldn't that be a disaster?"

"Altered humans do not use their qi to power their form but rather the qi of the beast they are turning into, therefore, if they were to run out of qi, they are only running out of the beast qi to power the form,"

"Honestly, they are more to learn about qi and you can only learn about them if you were able to find someone that studied them and has experience on how to use them," Leo explains.

Meanwhile, when thinking of qi, Nate was kind of thinking back to lyon. Lyon was someone according to what Nate was told, lyon suffered from a great disease during his childhood that made him age faster than normal. After all the treatments and experiments that were done on him, it was reported that Lyon's life force was gradually being sucked out from his body because of this, he was ageing faster. It was even predicted that he won't live past his teenage years, but somehow, Lyon managed to survive all this before becoming a superhuman.

However, what Nate was more concerned about was Lyon's capability to wield more than one altered beast on his body. Of course, both Nate and lyon have tried making an altered human wield more than one beast form but they all ended up absorbing it. Nate at that time was wondering whether Lyon was just too special or that he hadn't met another person that can wield more beast form.

But when learning about qi and one of its great functions, Nate was already forming a theory of what Lyon's case might be.

'Was it just because he was too low in the life force that his body was able to adapt to the pressure of the energy, but what about the other beast, at least his body shouldn't take so too much of in,' if there is one thing Nate was sure of, it is that there must be a limit of how much qi on can have in his or her body and lyon shouldn't be an exception.

'Wait, on else whatever that was draining his qi hasn't left his body and that's why he has been seeking to increase his energy, did lyon know of this and refuse to tell me? I don't think so, if lyon was able to form an immunity to the zombie virus, his body should have at least by now killed the disease,' Nate felt like linking to lyon now but soon declined that thought. 'Why should I worry if his sister is there, Lynn can easily heal him now,' Nate thought.

"Is there no longer any question?" Leo asked snapping Nate out of his daze.

"I still got a lot here," nate lamented before thinking of his next question.

"Sin is not a human right? What is he then?" Nate asked. He was glad that an opportunity like this has been given to him.

"That question is too deep and besides, it's none of your business to know, even Sin himself has no idea what he is," Leo replied waiting for Nate's next question.

Nate was disappointed and couldn't but think about the question that has made it too deep. Regardless, he still put it aside and asked his next question.

"This place that you brought me to, what is this place called and how were you able to get here?" Nate asked.

"For that particular answer, I will have to take you to a place," Leo said and soon the white light covered them and they were now in a new surrounding.

They were still in the winter land since nate could still see snow and ice particles in the surrounding. Looking at his surroundings well, Nate was wondering why he was brought here till he eventually looked into the distance.

"Human settlement!"

"This is not just any common settlement, this is the government settlement," Leo explained.
