The fact that the run wasn't coming out alone was strange enough to scare someone inside, however, while this was happening, Nate had all his horde members standing in the road.

It's not like the sun wasn't out, but the clouds had covered it up that one wouldn't even be able to notice. Aside from that, the world was not getting darker, there was also the wind that was whacking around violently yet Nate wasn't bothered as he was looking up to the sky.

"What...! Why will you bring us out here," Lyon was barely able to finish those questions, however, Nate did not give him the answers?

With a total ignore, Nate kept on looking up at the sky. Waste cans, papers and many more were being sent to the sky.

Just a few meters away from them, a lightning bolt landed on the ground creating a crater pothole in the middle of the road. No doubt, a storm was coming and Nate know that this was not just any ordinary storm coming if it was them the system would not bother to send him a massage.

For the first time after upgrading his system to the level it was a reward was not tagged with a medal. This alone was enough to get Nate curious about what the reward will be. Not only did the system tell him to stay under the rain, but with all his horde, this was giving him the omen that something good enough to write home about will be coming.

Naturally, Nate did not understand the essence of the quest, to him, it seemed like a quest given to a beginner and for someone at his level he was greater than this, however, not having anything to do at the moment, Nate was planning to stay for just a few periods. To him, the rain won't last more than an hour, at least that was what he thought. In the end, he decided to carry out the quest.

With another thunder strike, as if the barrier that has been holding it back has been destroyed by the thunderbolt, the rain started to fall.

"It's raining! You should have just told us to get a bath instead of doing this," Lyon could not stop complaining. However, when the first few drops of rain touched him, he felt a sweet sensation running through his body, he thought it was maybe because it has been a long time since he took a proper bath or had stayed under the rain, however, it became clear that it was not the case, the sensation continued as the rains kept falling onto of him, subconsciously, he did not know that while this was happening, his body was changing into different types of the beast he had, starting from the porcupine to the last beast he added before turning back to his human form, his clothes were torn during the process leaving him stark naked, however,

the others were busy with their occurrence as the same thing that happened to Lyon was happening to them also. People like Dike and Bull altered as well before returning to their normal form, while Levi, Twain, Mark, Scarlett and Peter were standing in a daze. Of course, Mark did not hesitate to collect some water samples before placing them inside his inventory.

Meanwhile, the others were experiencing some changes and reactions in their body, Nate wasn't getting much except the sensation he was feeling all over his body. As a zombie, they don't have much sense to feel especially towards pain but this wasn't painful, it was sweet, however, he was interrupted by a noise from the front.

"It seems like I'm not the only one that knows the importance of the rain," Nate thought within himself as he saw the ground of spider beast, with their front leg shaped like a sabre blade emerging from the dark, their numbers were still unknown since they were still coming out one after the other. Things couldn't have gotten worse when Nate got the message from the system.

Meanwhile, far away from the actual location Nate was, a dark head boy was looking out from the top window of a skyscraper into the city. On a normal day, it would have been a beautiful sight to behold with the streetlights on, and many districts having their house decorated, however, when looking at the city, all the boy could see was darkness, and many buildings were halfway collapsed while he could also hear the roar of wide animals from the distance. It was raining hard so it was a little bit hard for him to hear but he was sure they are beasts out there.

This person was Kai, he is currently inside his room looking at the ones in a paradise city looking so messy like hell. This has been a habit of his anytime he was not occupied.

While he was having his peaceful moment, a knock was heard on the door before it was opened, and a man that was dressed in white lab cloth walked into the room.

This person is Reno, he is one of the three scientists that is working for the redhead man, Sin.

Sin has been the name of the redhead man that is running the base Kai is at, though it was his name none of his subordinates knows of this Kai was one of the first people that know of this.

"Is there a problem?" Kai asked not looking back at the scientists.

"Sin wants to see you," Rone said. Rone is one of the people that has fallen victim to Kai's possession power, on his hand was a single ring that kai gave him, and after wearing the ring, he was now under Kai's inference.

Of course, Kai was the one that told him about the name of the redhead man, and he also informed him never to say the name I'm the presence of the Sin.

"Have you succeeded in getting the other two to wear the ring?" Kai asked.

"Not yet, they are still hesitating, most likely, they think it's something I have stolen from the Sins collection," Rone answered.

Taking a deep breath, Kai exited the room leaving Rone inside, clearly, he was disappointed, but he understood the difficulty in getting someone to wear those rings in the base he is currently in.

Everyone feared their boss and dare not to touch something that belongs to him or do something against him, it was even a miracle that Rone agreed to wear the ring, though, Sin had seen this a few times, but chose to ignore it.

Soon, Kai was at the large door leading into the meeting room. Pushing it slightly, he entered the room to see Sin sitting on the front row sit with five other people, Sin of course was his bodyguard that always stayed beside him.

As Kai entered, the other five men stand up in respect, except for Sin himself.

"So what is the matter on the ground," Kai asked as he took a sit that has already been preserved for him.

"We are been attacked," when all of the men sit down, one of them kept standing and explained.

Just when Kai was about to explain himself, a hologram screen appeared before them displaying footage of some battalions marching towards their base. Kai recognised them right away and could not help but wonder.

'This is out of the plane! why now?'
