Fate/Destiny

My eyes gaze into the skies,

Trying to find a way up high.

My nose smells the air,

To seek the immortal's scented hair.

My ears hear the rumbling thunder,

In hopes to be torn asunder.

My mouth desires the heavenly nectar,

In order to one day build my own altar.

My hands flail in the dark,

To prevent my untimely harp.

My legs feel the Earth,

Bearing the mighty desires of my lovely hearth.

My mind prays to obtain the Dao,

But my body.... Is the Dao!
