I Owe You One

  "I swear I wasn't trying to cause a problem." Kevin's voice rang, attractive attention from the other customers. Jane noticed the building commotion and hikes towards the table. "Jeffery, what's going on? You do realize you're causing a scene." She said through clenched teeth. 

"This obvious beggar, refused to pay up and he's giving me the bullshit of losing his wallet." He answers and Jane glanced back at Kevin who was already looking both disheveled and pissed. 

"I'm telling you I'm not a beggar, my mom can definitely buy this shop if she wants to." He yells again, this time slamming his fork into the table. 

"Sure…" Jeffery Snickers and Jane glares at him, her fierce brows telling him to shut up. 

"Excuse me, sir," she said, stepping up to Kevin with a smile. "I understand that you're having some trouble finding your wallet. Is there anything we can do to help?"
