I rushed over, allowing the Aeons to go free.

I had even resorted to praying to someone I knew didn't exist.

My heart was practically jumping out of my chest, leaping.

The tears ran like a river down my face, dripping onto the floor.

My heart began to beat faster and faster. Fear enveloped me. I didn't want her to die. Not here, not now. Not yet.

There are still so many things I wanted to say, to do. Yet all of those hopes, those dreams lay in the person, bleeding out before me.

I still checked it, nonetheless. An achievement came up.

I was running out of time, but had no other choice. I opened up my status window, seeing something below the skills tab. Below all my skills, there was a picture.

Divine Energy? What was this? This was my power, but how had I regained some of it.

Well, I had no other choice. It was do, or die trying. And hello I wasn't about to let some ELF beat me back.

Activating [Saviour God's Eye]. My left eye began to hurt. Red spots landed on the ground, dripping down my face. However, through my left eye, I could see her next attack.

I closed my right eye, and saw her swipe at my chest. She did exactly that, and I leapt over it. Now, I activated [Saviour God's Instinct].

A golden aura emanated from me, and I realised this was just a small portion of my power. However, it was enough. Any more and this mortal body of mine would not be able to hold itself together, and I would be torn apart from the inside.

Humans weren't supposed to be able to handle godly power. This was the main reason why, is a human ever transferred from human to god, they had to go through strict training so they didn't immediately implode.

Even this much energy, I felt like I was going to die. I panted, huffing quietly. "Ghhh….." Grunting, I scrambled to my feet. I had a few minutes. Just a few more minutes. All I need is a little….more…..time.

Seo-Jun, hold on for me.

I clenched my fists. I remembered this Elf, when she was just a child. I bestowed upon her this Lance, so she could protect herself and her friends.

"So, you've been shitting on my name, huh? The fuck makes you think you can get away with this?"

She looked confused. However, she quickly regained her senses. The thing about this power, was that I could only use this power at certain times.

She rushed at me. Closing my eyes once more, I saw her throw her Lance at me. I swept my foot back, causing me to turn sideways. Her Lance shot past the side of my face, grazing it lightly.

I dashed forward, picking up the Lance on the way forward. I pulled my arms back, throwing it with all of my might, at her chest. It hit her chest, impaled her, and shattered.

"Hey, you'be been hitting me a lot. How about I return the favour?" I asked with a dry laugh. I punched her in the face, and she broke through her throne, and into the back of the room. I walked towards her.

"I will let you survive. However….your power will me returned….to me."

Blue wisps escaped her mouth, and they surrounded me.

However, my eyes began to close.

I collapsed, and my last thought was of her.
