Jack walked into his office. The room was spacious, with a simple, professional layout. A polished oak desk sat in the center, adorned with neatly stacked files and a laptop, while tall bookshelves lined the walls, crammed with books on politics, law, and municipal administration. Sunlight streamed through the large windows, casting a warm glow over the room.
As he sat down, the door opened, and Dos stepped in. He took a seat across from Jack. The two men exchanged brief pleasantries before diving into the matter at hand.
Jack also received an important message that Mr. Black had dealt with the matter.
This time, Mr. Black with tears in his eyes, punished everyone involved. Many people who supported Mr. Black in the municipal council were purged with great pain, not to mention those from Hiran's faction, for whom he showed no mercy. Mr. Black was sad but with Director Terry watching, he had to punish even his people.
