The Killing Started

Loel and Jody couldn't believe what the saleswoman they'd seen earlier told them. Loel took his phone immediately, and Jody's friends pulled her away. Even as he and his friends entered a store, Jody turned to Loel. Someone left Loel outside while they talked on the phone.

Even though her friends were busy in the store, Jody couldn't stop looking at Loel. She even noticed he had gone to the second-floor shop where Rydel had seen her. Jody was about to leave the shop after Loel, but Audrey stopped her.

"Jody, you've been worried for quite some time. Is there something wrong?" Audrey had to ask her.

"All I want to do is go with Loel."

"Why would you be his follower? Come with us first because we can't bond until you do." Cassie said.

Laurie said, "Since we moved here, we haven't seen you in a long time."

"I'm sorry, but that's not what I wanted because something important is happening, and I need to..."

"Where is Loel?"
