Ayesha's Wake

The police took the weredragon and took Jody, Trina, Zev, and Loel with them. They meet in front of the desk in John's office. And because the two men didn't know what happened, only Jody and Trina answered John's question. He sent the two men out of the room and made them wait outside his office while he was still busy questioning the two women.

"So, are you claiming that another weredragon killed Ayesha Altamirano?" John asked Trina.

"That's true, sir. Jody and I witnessed it. She is a weredragon." Trina said.

John glanced at Jody. "Is it true?"

Jody nodded. "She shifted in front of us both."

"The other weredragon? You know who?"

Jody and Trina shook their heads. Later, one of the police officers knocked on the door and opened it.

"Chief, the weredragon has returned to human form."
