The sound of shields colliding and the terrifying roars of the creatures resonated clearly in Princess Leticia's ears. At least 300,000 or more of these creatures were charging from three sides.

Although the elven Shieldmaidens around her had successfully withstood the first wave of attacks thanks to the advantageous terrain created by the Great Druid Alerin's "Forest Canopy," their numbers were limited. They wouldn't be able to hold out for long against such an assault.

Three hundred druidesses had also joined the battle against the creatures, casting spells like Moonfire, Starfire, Wrath of Nature, and Entangling Vines at the approaching horde. The Bowmaidens and the remaining Black Panther Huntresses launched a counterattack, temporarily halting the first wave of the surrounding orc assault. However, both magic and stamina would run out at some point.
