She pulled back and glared at him, her cheeks puffed up in defiance. "I don't want medicine," she said stubbornly, crossing her arms over her chest.
Lucas blinked in shock, still processing what had just happened. "No, Ky-Ky, it's for your own good," he insisted, looking up at her, still sprawled on the sofa.
But before he could say anything more, Kyra gave him another surprise. She leaned down and bit his tall nose, not hard, but enough to catch him completely off guard. Lucas stared at her, his eyes wide with disbelief.
Her cheeks were flushed, turning a deeper shade of pink, and her eyes were filled with anger.
"Kyra..." Lucas started, rubbing his nose. "You... bit me?"
Damon, who had been watching all of this with amusement, leaned against the wall, shaking his head. "I warned you not to provoke her," he said, his voice laced with humor.
