Step Back

I wave bye to Miya and we go our separate ways. I put in my headphones in and scroll through my music looking for a song. I press on a playlist and press shuffle and the song comes on.

"I don't practice Santeria, I ain't got no crystal ball"

"Well, I had a million dollars but I'd, I'd spend it all!"

"If I could find that Heina and that Sancho that she's found"

Well, I'd pop a cap in Sancho and I'd Slap her down!"

I put my skateboard on the skateboard rack and lock up and walk to my first period. I can't help but just wanting to get to class sooner than usual, just so I can be with her for a second more. That's all I can ever ask for. I try to rush my way through the sea of people trying to get to their classes, and occasionally the couples making out in the corner. You can't do that in the bathroom or something?

I finally get to the library and walk up the steps and see Gabriel sitting in my seat. Alana's sitting there looking outside the window trying to ignore him. He is trying to get close to her nearly grinding up on her.

"Oi! ever heard of personal space gabe?" He shut up for once and looked up at me.

"What's it to you huh?"

I wanted to say this because you're next to my girl but I don't want her to think I'm weird. I mean she only really talked to me like last night.

"You're in my seat and from the looks of it she looks very uncomfortable right now. I mean I would be to if some annoying guy was trying to grind up on me."

He looked pretty pissed now, He got up and walked towards me and got up in my face.

"You wanna go! I'll meet you at the field outside!" He's ears were going back indicating his frustration with me.

I stand my ground and say,"I'm gonna need you to back up because one your breath stinks and two your so close that I might take you as gay, its like your trying to kiss me."

He takes a step back,"I'M NOT GAY! WE WILL SEE WHO'S THE GAY ONE AT LUNCH!"

The late bell rang and the teacher walked in.

"Uh- What are you two doing just standing there sitting down! Do you need an invitation to take your seats?!"
