I Like You

We got in my mom's car and drove off.

- 10 minutes later -

We get to our house and I look over at Alana and she doesn't look the same, her aura feels different. We all grabbed our stuff and went inside.

"Hun, show Alana to your room and you two can study or hang out in there. I have some things to do," she said while opening the door and disappearing into the hallway.

"Sure," I said while walking to my room. Alana followed behind me.

We got to my room and I sat my backpack on its usual spot next to my bed and sat down on my bed. Thank God I cleaned my room yesterday.

"You can make yourself at home," I said to her while she was standing in the doorway.

She walked in and closed the door behind her.

"We need to talk"

"Uh- yeah sure whatever you want to talk about," At this point, she got me nervous she seemed upset.

"I want to say thank you for the help. You didn't have to do that but you did it anyway, my question is why?"

"Well I know heat is hard for bunnies and I don't want to see you in pain, you know..." I started to lightly blush a little at the fact that I said that.

"I have one more thing that I have been thinking of, any guy would have pounced on me being in heat but you didn't, why?" she asked while sitting next to me on the bed.

"W-well I'm just not that kind of guy. I don't want to take advantage of you because you're in heat, that's just wrong." I gave an awkward laugh and blushed harder.

"You know you're cute when you stutter," she said this while looking at me with those big doe eyes of hers.

My heart just got shot when she said that and now I'm a dumbass that looks like a tomato. I can't even move. God help me.

"I-I uh..." I wanted to say I think you're cute too but my fucking brain went dumb on me and I'm trying to rube to brain cells together to form a decent sentence.

She just smiled and said," I like you." then she let her bunny ears flop out.
