Hito looked at Senzaemon with a surprised expression, he didn't expect this old man to declare that he and Erina were engaged!

'Old man! It was a mistake! Why are you taking it seriously?! I could tell that it was just a joke but… even if I did I can't change Senzaemon's mind, can I?' Hito thought. But he also thought that it wasn't really that bad, after all he had plans to woo Erina.

However he didn't expect that he would become Erina's fiancee just like that! The hell, is getting a fiance so easy nowadays? When did they become so cheap and easy to obtain?

But if Erina opposed this proposal, Hito would naturally support her. It was not a big deal. It's not like their relationship was strong and deep. They just met today after all.

Senzaemon nodded with a smile, and then he spoke. "Then you two are officially fiances!"

"No way! Erina, are you serious?!" Alice looked at Erina with a shock expression. She didn't expect that she easily became someone's fiance, just like that?!

Erina didn't reply, she couldn't believe it herself! She easily accepted it! She had a chance to refuse but she didn't. Instead she even boldly said 'Getting married after graduating!' 

Hayato started to touch his beard, and spoke. "I didn't expect this outcome… but hohoho this is truly interesting. I brought him here just to exchange knowledge with Senzaemon, yet he actually gained a fiancee! Miu what do you think? Want to be his fiancee too?"

Miu was surprised by the sudden question by her grandfather! Her eyes were sparkling, but before she could answer Hayato continued.

"If that kid could beat me in a fight, I don't mind you being his fiancee! I will only allow the best man to marry my granddaughter! Hahaha!"

Miu suddenly wanted to slap her grandfather for giving her such hope! Others might not be aware but her grandfather was the strongest man in the world!

So it took a little while for them to calm down. And now they were going to try Senzaemon's Tonkatsu.

Both Senzaemon and Hito's dish were amazingly delicious! However they had to vote for what they liked the most.

With great difficulty, Miu, Erina and Alice finally chose who to vote. Hayato was the most casual one in the group.

So the result was a TIE!

Alice and Hayato voted for Senzaemon, and Miu and Erina voted for Hito!

But of course it was not because they liked him, that they voted for him. It was because they truly thought that Hito's Gyūdon was more delicious than Senzaemon Tonkatsu.

People have different taste after all, both are delicious but people have different dish preferences.

Hito thought 'So Monster grade Cooking is at the same level as Senzaemon huh… we are equals currently.'

"It seems that it's a tie! Hahaha in my cooking career this is the first time that I have tied with someone!"

"Same here grandfather." Hito's personal record in cooking matches wass currently 2 wins and 1 tie.

Senzaemon suddenly spoke. "It's already late isn't it? You should sleep here for tonight. I won't take no for an answer!"

Hito was smiling at the surface but inside his mind 'I bet you planned this didn't you?!' 

Hayato replied. "Sure, I'd like to talk more with you brother, after all it's been 20 years."

"Then it's decided, you are all going to sleep here! I'll call the maids so that they can prepare a room for you people." Senzaemon immediately said, without waiting for Hito's decision.

"Wait! Wait! Who said I'm sleeping here? I didn't ask for my parents permission for a sleepover! They might get worried!" Said Hito, he felt like something would happen if he stayed in this place!

Senzaemon's eyes suddenly glinted, and said. "Don't worry about it! I'll properly explain it to your parents tomorrow."

'No! That's even worse!' Hito thought, and immediately replied. "No need, I'll just call my parents that I'm not going home tonight.. you don't need to explain it tomorrow…" 

Hito suddenly felt really tired, he couldn't really beat this old geezer! If Senzaemon was to visit his house, who knows what would happen!

He could already imagine a disastrous scene!

Thus, he convinced his parents to give him permission for a sleepover, and also told them he would sleep in the Nakiri's Mansion tonight.
