Malice

He always acted as though he was above everybody else. Sure, some people got annoyed by his attitude, but nobody really minded because he was actually pretty nice. He always made sure to help anybody whenever he could. Even when he wasn't invited anywhere or given permission, he made sure to try helping out whoever he was with. It was just the way he was.

The raven haired boy blinked his eyes open as reality returned to his conscious mind. He looked at Lance and smiled softly. His greenish eyes were filled with tears, threatening to spill at any second. He looked away and wiped the corners of his eyes quickly. He took a shaky breath.

God, he wished that they could just have one more day together, despite what had happened in the past. One more day to spend together in the comfort of each other's arms. He cleared his throat softly and forced himself to turn his attention back to Lance. "You're back..." he whispered. Lance's heart tightened painfully. His eyes widened.
